As a returning customer LittleOliveBranch are my go to store for both personalised & non personalised goods. Customer service are fabulous and responsive, on occasions I have requested not the norm wording & they have gone above and beyond & kept me updated if anything needed changing. Delivery times are very quick. I would 100% recommend.

Do not trust this company. You cannot make contact with them. Even when phoning the telephone number you get a different company, a lady who told me she has had many phone calls from people trying to get hold of them.. I’m trying to cancel my order within minutes of placing it (literally the time it took to find an email address) yet after sending many panicked emails using the email address, form on the website and reply to the SMS acknowledgment I get no reply. The website even suggestS a reply within a couple of hours. The reply I eventually got was 2 and a half days later saying I couldn’t cancel. They apologised for not replying to my email but not for NOT allowing me to cancel my order. More annoyingly she didn’t even offer to amend the order, which is incorrect as the system is floored. This was a personalised item and my daughters graduation is now ruined - I understand they say with these items you cannot be cancel (yet they still state a 14 day cooling off period- but in her reply this doesn’t matter for those items, not clear on website) but even so they cannot be made the moment I literally order ( which is when I cancelled). The failure of the business to reply when they said they would or to be able to get hold of them is there failing. Especially the incorrect phone number which obviously many have tried and failed to get hold of them on. I got an apology for the lack of acknowledgment of 6 emails but no apology for the bad customer service or there lack of attempt to rectify this by allowing an amendment or cancellation due to their failing. It feels money grabbing. I do not have enough money to buy something else so now my daughter won’t get anything for 3 years of study. BUYER BEWARE
