What a brilliant service this is.
I had an NHS test result detailing problems with my aortic valve.
The current wait time in my area for a NHS appointment is 53 weeks and that is for consultation not even tests and result.
Apart from the initial concern about what it all meany. Was I going to have a heart attack any second etc, could I fly as I had 2 holidays booked. Would I be able to get travel insurance etc.
I found Your Heart Scan via Google and was very impressed by what I read. I rang and spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful and clarified every thing for me.
I was amazed that I could have had an appointment that day, unbelievable.
I booked for a few days later and choose Saturday as more convenient and hopefully less traffic as I had a 3 hour journey.
The venue was easy to find, I arrived an hour early. The Golf club was open and I was warmly welcomed by the Golf receptionist and allowed to use the facilities, offered a seat in the lounge area and asked if I would like a tea/coffee.
They took my name and said they would advise The Your Heart scan people when they got there.
I was rung and called into my appointment 15 minutes early which was great as I still had my 3 hour journey home.
I was very lucky to see Daleen who was so lovely, warm and friendly.
Daleen put me totally at ease and went about her business explaining everything to me as we went along.
Approx 30 minutes and that was it all done.
Daleen was then very informative in showing and explaining my results and pictures of the Heart on Google. She also happily answered all my immediate questions.
I was so happy my concerns and questions were answered so quick and I was able to start planning and living again.
I would highly recommend Your Heart Scan and Daleen.

I was impressed by the speed of the delivery of the 48hr ecg monitor. I ordered it on a Sunday evening and it arrived Tuesday morning, allowing the scan to start and finish by Thursday. The results came in within one working day, together with a summary in terms that I, as a lay person, could easily understand. This experience together with the reasonable price means that I would definitely recommend it to anyone having concerns over unusual heart rhythm or palpitations

Friday afternoon GP recommended beta blockers for suspected angina whilst waiting 43 weeks to see a cardiologist on NHS . Not keen on taking them I searched online to have some private tests done. Saturday I had an echocardiogram , I was put at ease straight away and we talked through my results although they still needed to be approved by a cardiologist. Monday morning the results were received by email ! Amazing service worth every penny to put my mind at rest - no heart problem and no beta blockers necessary ! I would definitely recommend in-fact I have already given the details to two friends .

Booked on the same day for an echocardiogram. A little unsettled that a female clinician wasn't avaliable, however I was made to feel comfortable and was not exposed at all during the procedure. Thorough explanation throughout, very informative and Riann actually found the reason behind my symptons. Would of waited months for this on the NHS.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Fast delivery, clear guidance for use, I did have a problem with mine not working al the time , I contacted for advice , which was given , also was told that when the monitor information was looked at and not enough information on there i would be send a new one.
Fortunately there was enough information.
I would highly recommend using this company

I've been to a couple of cardiologists in the past before starting to use Claire. There has been a welcome significant difference! Claire is extremely knowledgeable and actually talks to you through the process. This is a huge benefit and far less scary than being presented with a mute physician that just performs the echo with no feed back, often errors, and being left totally in the dark until you receive a report. In short... you can either pay double elsewhere to get the same service, or about the same elsewhere to get something that's nowhere near as professional or helpful.

I phoned up to get an appointment for an echocardiogram and I was lucky to get one the same day. The whole experience was second to none, very professional first class and would highly recommend heartscan .
Daleen made me feel at easy and explained the whole procedure throughout and I received my report within 2 days.

I booked in for an Echocardiogram , the clinic is set in a lovely Golf Club, in lovely relaxed surroundings, i was shown into a consulting room where i was met by Riaan who performing my test, he made us feel welcome and relaxed, he talked through the procedure, and explained all the noises and what he was doing, then when i could see the screen he showed me all around my heart on the screen, this is well worth the time and money ,no waiting, no fuss, clear speak with no medical jargon, i was given my results straight away which i was grateful for, putting my mind at rest, thank you Your Heart Scan, and especially Riaan and the staff, i will be back for another check up in the future

Professional, but friendly and such an essential service. I was treated respectfully and put at ease immediately. Received results quickly and given the reassurance needed. Can definitely recommend.

Clare was excellent. I went just to check my heart was in a good condition for the exercises I am doing . She gave me peace of mind to carry on and enjoy all my classes . Would highly recommend.
