When we needed to raise money for our son, we looked at different sites to help us. You Caring is the BEST!! They only charge you what the credit cards charge them, no extra fees (other sites take up to an additional 9% of every donation :( which is heartless!) They notify you right away of new donations and deposit them once a week directly to the bank account you need them in. My family was thirilled with You Caring & we've recommended them on numerous occasions since then. Thank you!!

I have to thank You Caring.It was a great way to help my friend that was dying of cancer. Easy to setup, qucik to respond with questions, and overall a great service. I would recommend.

fees are too high. they should lower to 2%.

I would use it again because of not charging and ease of setting up.
I woukd like more user friendliness on the donor side. I had many donors who were unabke to donate.

From the time I put our needsite on the site, until the time it was closed, I couldn't have asked for more. Helpful reminders, easy use for the donors, and the customer service was efficient and over the top with any aspect needing assistance.

Youcaring gave us an outlet in our time of loss. Losing a child is a nightmare and not just the emotional destruction. Fortunately we live in an age where tools like Youcaring are available. So many times people want to do something, but there is no path for the, YouCaring solves this and more. Thank you is so inadequate, but I dont know what else to say.

I'm not sure what the donors see from their end, but in the case of a simple $100 donation, as a recipient, I already see the adjusted amount of $96.80 received. Does the donor see that $96.80 is received by me or do they see the entire amount of $100 deducted?

Only money raised was through personal contacts. I couldn't even find my fundraiser without searching my name, so how is anyone else supposed to see it?
