I got a case with a broken bottle. I notified WSJ and they gave me a credit for $6.83. I would love to purchase a case of that wine for $6.83 a bottle, I paid much more than that.

After 4+ years I have only been disappointed one time with one bottle. Service has always been great and the staff have always been helpful when I travel for an extended time. One area for improvement would be a longer lead time notice for an upcoming delivery. Telling me one or two days ahead of time is not much notice and a real headache when traveling

I did receive 11 bottles but I didn’t receive 1.5L box of table wine which was supposed to be part of my order.

The wine box is now out of stock, and has been substituted with a bottle of William Knuttel "Touché" Merlot 2023, which retails at $64.99. I have been a member for years. Overall the wine is very good! If we get one that’s not our favorite, we let you know it’s a thumbs down. That’s happened maybe 2 or 3 times over the several years we e been members. I really enjoy that the wine comes from all over the world and we get to try things we usually can’t buy anywhere around where we live. Also if I ever have a question, I call and your representatives are great.
