No customer support number, chatbot only in Dutch. No way to cancel or amend the subscription. Extra high cost for extra GB.

horrible customer service
I wanted to cancel my contract but lost my password to sign in. When trying to reset my password the system freezes. Also customer service is very unhelpful, they reply automatically to your question with most reply's unhelpful.

With youfone for 2 years now, never had any problem. You can even change your subscription in the app whenever you want and also when there is a promotion... very satisfied 😁👍

Went smoothly
Order, shipping, activation went OK.
But was not clear about what to do after clicking the activate button (actually, wait until the current sim deactivate)
Not happy that the charge started by the time of order, it should be the time of "being activated"
