Complete mess.
Powerless help desk, totally disorganised and dishonest. Stay away from this provider.
I've been waiting four weeks to get the technician visit date. After waiting the whole day, they technician never showed while I get confirmed three times on the phone that he would come.
The next I called them to get a new appointment date. Another month of waiting...Hence, I cancelled my subscription request to go to another provider.
And then, the cherry on the cake. Two months later, I was charged 150 EUR for six weeks of internet usage (50 EUR) and 100 EUR to close the line. The line has never been open, I never received any box, and I never used their internet connection. Unbelievable.
I'm now trying to get my money back. No answer. So professional. What a shame.

Excellent service from start to finish. Call center easily accessible and very helpful. Very short waiting time to speak to a Youfone agent. They managed to unblock and transfer my number from another operator very quickly, while other telecom companies had failed. I am very happy.

I recently switched my operators and started youfone.be subscription, it was smooth, handled very well and hardly had any problems. I would ideally want to have more details for the process, but it was very good the way it was.

Receive quickly the simcard and, after activation the service started to work in an hour.
Downside of which I was aware is the data limit system they use, they won't limit the use unless you pay extra... Quiet chicky yo charge for that nowadays. Will use android limit control instead.

The website keeps using NL language despite me always selecting FR. Even this survey is in NL!
SIM card activation was very painful process. The payment page is in NL despite initially in FR. Random error at the end, no explanation. Tried again, error again. 15 minutes later got an email saying the SIM was activated. I think I paid the 10€ twice due to this error but I will not even try to ask for a refund because every interaction is so painful.
Android app is broken, the password does not work despite working ok on the web version, it makes no sense.

Very disappointing customer service. There was an issue with my contract, and the customer service was unable to help me. They just never got back to me. The support email was also not helpful.
Their website is very broken and doesn't work well. For example, the FAQ is simply not functioning.
It's important to understand that Youfone has a lot of hidden fees. For example, calls to other EU countries will cost you, and they require a deposit of 10€ at the beginning of the contract. They don't clearly label the deposit payment as such.
I think I should have gone with another provider that has better customer support - it could have saved me valuable hours of my life.
