Allan McKenzie has been amazingly helpful, efficient and just such a kind, down to earth and lovely guy.
He's been so reassuring and always so quick to assist me with everything I've needed help with and even amazing during times when I was having difficulty understanding jargon and just needed information broken down and explained in a way I could easily understand. His customer service skills are just amazing and he's so easy to talk to. I honestly couldn't thank Alan and Patrick enough. It was mine and my boyfriends first time buying and we were so lost. I had an unusual circumstance that I thought would prevent me from getting a morgatge for a few years, but they were excellent. We got a DIP that same afternoon after having spoken to Alan. The application process with Patrick was so quick and smooth. Everything was pain free!
