Yes, we had encountered an issue with one of our upstream providers in the UK. we had entrusted them with provisioning all our servers because they were reliable and we were working with them for 4 years and they are one of the biggest UK datacenters, But as you mentioned they were not able to provide us with the uptime we expected.
since then we have spread out our clients across 27 servers so we won't have a single point of failure like last time.
I hope I will see you next year with a 100% uptime and a Five-star experience.
