I’m writing this to share a very disappointing experience with Gojo Host.

My website suddenly lost its entire database all user data and posts collected over more than a year. This is not a small issue. It directly affects real users and my business.

What hurt the most was not just the data loss, but how their support handled it. From the beginning, responses were slow and unclear. I was repeatedly told to “wait” or that the site was “loading fine,” even though I clearly explained that the data itself was missing also they didn't even check the the website.

After a long back and forth, they said they were “trying to recover” the database but told me that they can't promise even if it's their fault it has been about a week now but still there is no update from them, even though this is an urgent and critical situation.
