The worst hosting provider in Ethiopia..

I have been hosting different websites for the last six month with them. They have been awesome, but recently the got the worst customer support on telegram, they remove features (related to telegram bot API), they automatically activate bot verification for all my domains (I do not need it at all) and no way to turn it off, my websites constantly being down without no reason.

They keeping increasing the price and decreasing quality!

Generally, I did not suggest anyone to buy a package from them!!!

Poor Support & Refusal to Provide Domain Access

I have been using Yegara’s hosting service for over five years, and my experience was generally fine until recently.
However, when I decided to transfer my domain to another provider for personal reasons, I faced serious issues. Yegara has not been willing to provide me with the necessary access to my own website/domain.
I have tried contacting them multiple times through email, but received no response. I also reached out via Telegram, where they directed me to another email address. I sent messages there as well, but still no reply. When I followed up again on Telegram, they told me they would respond “tomorrow,” but no response ever came.
Despite all these attempts, I still could not get what I needed.
At this point, I feel completely ignored and unsupported. As a long-term customer, this is very disappointing. Access to your own domain should not be this difficult.
I hope they improve their customer support and responsiveness in the future. As of now, I am still facing this issue.

Poor Support

I have been using Yegara Host for the past six or seven years. In the early years, the service was good, and the support team was amazing. I even gave them a positive review at that time.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the current level of support. I do not know what has changed, but the support team has become very poor and negligent. My website suddenly lost its database connection, and when I checked, the database itself was missing.

I contacted the support team to explain the issue. One of the support staff replied by saying, “We manage over 20,000 domains, and we have no reason to touch yours.” I never claimed that they intentionally caused the problem, so this response felt completely unnecessary and very disrespectful.

Imagine having your business website down and receiving no real help from your hosting provider. This experience has caused us significant inconvenience. As a result, our team has decided to discontinue all services with Yegara Host, including more than 20 domain names we host with them.
