Disaster, thieves, I never received the order..

This is clearly a scam.
I have been waiting for my order for more than 3 months. And even thought the client service answers my emails, they do not provide any useful information nor a tracking number.

Template responses, delayed delivery. They are scammers

I made a purchase in November/December and until today it hasn't arrived, I paid more than 20USD for them to ship faster but until today it hasn't arrived, and they haven't refunded me, and when they answer the email they give an excuse every time when they answer!! I will probably have to sue the company for false advertising and consumer damage

My order hasn’t come either!
I guess it’s like this for everyone… We were scammed!!!! Can we get our money back?? Please…

My order from 2 month now what is the problem!!

The site is weird, you have no option of going to certain products yet they still “sell” those. It get’s advertised on tiktok a lot which can make people click on it thinking its a real website. When I try to get more information about this site it’s very hard to find something real about them. The company address, the contact method and everything else is very shady. Please refrain from buying from this site and if you’re not sure just buy something very cheap to see if it’s real.

Ordered package since 27th of November. It’s been over a month already and they keep on saying the order has been sent out but stuck with customs, they refused to mention where it is exactly and refused to provide a proper means to track the order. I believe there’s no order sent out in the first place, it’s all a facade.

Scam, ordered in December, now January and still no sign of the products or a refund. I am reporting them for fraud.

I order on november 20 with regullar shipping of 15 days to romania. On december 1’st,due the fact that the shipping status was not changed (even they assure me on a previous e
Mail that this was at sorting center, the status it.s the same today december 28), i ask for cancel the order, and after 3 e.mails i.ve got confirmation that i will get a full refund in 15 working days . Nothing happens. I ve sent another e.mail saying that the period of 15 days passed an i haven’t recived any refund.Got no answer on that.
My luck was that i order only on 18$, but i still notiffy my layer with the situation and asking him to announce the police also.
For future customers, be aware.

Didnt even get a confirmation mail on my order. Was kind of in a hurry and it wasnt that expensive so i bought before checking any reviews. They took the money but no order confirmation e mail. Feels really suspicious.

They are only taking your money.
You will never see your order.
This site is a big scam that has the company address in France but is operated from China, chinese scammers for sure.
If you email them, you will only get some "copy-paste" emails back saying stuff like: "we are sorry, your order was sent to you but got lost." or "Hello, I'm sorry, your product has been sent out, but it's stuck in customs inspection now, I believe it will arrive in your hands soon" this is an actual email from today.
That mail was sent after I emailed them saying that I will fill out a form with my bank and try to get my money back, and also I told them that I will sue the company.
By the way, they said "product" in that mail, I have ordered 12 articles...
Well there goes my money I guess, but at least now maybe your money will stay in your pocket if you got to read this. Hope it helped.
Report that website if you can, I'm not quite good at this, it's probably the same reason I got scammed for.

They are scammer never order anything from this website!They will steal your money and when you ask them about tracking number or whatever,the answer will be: Sorry, we are in a hurry too. We have been urging the customs side and until now we have not given us a feedback. If it doesn't arrive by December 16, we promise a full refund and we apologize for the inconvenience!”” I made my order on 08.11.22 and paid extra for express delivery,I haven’t received anything and will not for sure.I sent around 20 emails and answers are always templates and saying the same lies again and again.Don’t order!!!! ✋🛑🤬⛔️❌‼️‼️‼️

My ordered never came, the customer support is not even helptfull saying they shipped my ordered but never gave a tracking number, saying it's stuck in transit for 20days, when asking for refund they come up with more excuses like oh we are terribly sorry the customs don't wanna let it through please wait 1 more week if the package is not received by then we will give a full refund. On week later and they go oh sorry we shipped to the wrong address, mind you I have yet to get a tracking number, and they still trying to come up with more excuses when I have been asking for a refund back and forth 10 times now. I made the ordered 22/10/28 and I have yet to get it.
