Zeiayuas nothing like advertised absolute rubbish. Straight into charity bag. I could have made a better one with my eyes closed.

Very poor quality, cheaply made. You dont get what you ordered, priced way too high...bait and switch all day long...buyer beware!

No customer service number never received product

Ordered three dresses from them. The stitching came apart at the first wear. The embroidery and kaam was falling off mid function. Never order from them.

I try to look at your merchandise and the pop up to join your mailing list for the 10% discount comes up, even after I put in my email! Dont think this company is going to be a fit for me.

Horrendous customer service. If i could give them 0 stars i would.
Ordered from their website 2 and a half months ago and clothes only arrived last week. The quality of the clothes are absolutely disgusting, nothing like what they show on their website. Contacted their customer support asking for refund and no one got back to me. Don’t waste your money on their ugly clothing!

They didn't even ship the dresses for two months, after emailing and messaging they did shipment and I received it after two and a half months. Clothes sizes, stitching and quality nothing was same as they're showing on the website. Worst experience ever and I'll definitely warn ladies in goldcoast to stay away from this website.

I ordered on January 24 and they said it would be here in 3 weeks, Its now march 12.I contacted them and they said it would be here by February 15 and then march 4th.Contacted them again and they haven't gotten back.Would not Recommend at all.

I recently had a worst experience with zaaviay clothing store. Please be aware, they show elegant dresses on their websites. In actual, they use cheap fabric, poor quality, incorrect measurements that do not correspond to the size you have selected. No shape, no fitting. A cherry on top, pathetic customer service, who do not admit their mistake and refuse to refund and force you to send them item back for fixing. How much will you fix? shoulder, sleeves fitting , chest, shirt daman, seriously???? Do not waste your money. They are making money for selling crap to their customers. Please spread the word.

I placed the order on 23 Jan and they said they will dispatch on March 3 and when I needed update on March 3 about my order status they said March 10 and God knows what are they gonna say on March 10 . After reading msgs here I am worried for choosing a wrong site

The most disappointing annoying website merchants ever . They have been stalling me for over 6 weeks now , have not shipped my order and give me a new date every time . I have been given three new shipment dates since I placed my order and now I don’t even think they are going to ship it . They are big scammers and don’t get your money stuck with them . I don’t even know if I will get my order or my money is gone down the drain . Save yourself and your money .

Very poor customer service first they shipped wrong order overseas now they dont even respond to messages. Never going to reccomend zaaviya to anyone.

Placed an order in Dec 2023. After a million emails back & forth from my side,shipping postponing from Jan 4 to Jan 8 to Jan 12 to Jan 20 to Jan 26 to Jan 28 now!
They must be reported or taken any legal action against for doing this kind of **ass busines!!

Horrible Quality and Stitching- Not what you see
I am a customer from Ireland and have received my order for this suit named arum (29000 PKR).
What we received was not what we saw. It is nowhere near the quality or price point that Zaaivay advertises. I wish I had read the reviews on this website before I purchased it. There is no return/refund policy. Please don't buy anything from these people. The other 5-star reviews on Trust Pilot are fake.

I want to start with this they scams up big time scams took money never delivered ask for refund never give return been telling me for last three week and then they claim they are Muslim cheater liar and scams I don’t think you all can run the business like this take my 300 and stuff in your ass who ever think this review is fake call message me I will send the message form them they are liar and scams who took the hard working money and never delivered their promise. Good luck to those who place an order with these scams
