I ordered three outfits over 6 weeks ago for a wedding I have coming up in 2 weeks. They were “ready to ship” yet it’s been 6 weeks and they keep pushing out the date of shipping with no reason provided. I asked to cancel the order since it won’t arrive by my wedding anyway at this point and they are refusing, just telling me a new date they will ship.

First time I buy zaaviay my experience is well done I really appreciate for everything thing the stuff the stiching work according to picture inshallah I will shop again 👍👍

I like to give negative stars but unfortunately there is no option this is such a fake brand. I placed the order of a ready to ship order on 2nd Nov and still waiting for any update on my order I text many times I did many calls and did many emails but they don’t bother to reply . I like to block this site and please I advise to everyone don’t place any order. They are just making money. They deducted the amount on 2nd Nov from my account

Ordered two Kurtis from them on their 40%sale. after I ordered, I realized that I do not need one of the Kurtis, so I immediately emailed them about this. the response I got was they can give me a merchandise credit and no refund. I emailed them and called, but since then no response from them. the order was placed on November 16th and so far, no response from either of their contact information. Will never ever order from them again. How do you do Business by not responding to your clients?.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I got a cheap replica from them even after confirming with them prior to placing an order that they will give me what I paid for.
I was to use the dress for a function and now it’s already too late to organise another dress and I can’t use this one as it’s absoloutley horrendous !
When I contacted them with video proof and pics they said the dress was original. Even though the embroidery didn’t match, the cutting and fit and trimmings were all wrong , the front of the dress was moving to the side instead of falling straight down, everything was a total disaster . They won’t answer your queries nor will they answer their phone . Please avoid this company , no matter how much assurances they give you. They are liars and fraudsters . I was warned about them by family in Pakistan, but I just loved the dress so much and thought that they would do right by me . Now, they have gotten their pockets lined, and I’ve lost my money, and will have to lose more money now trying to find another dress.

Got my package yesterday and the suits were amazing.

They didn't even deserve a single star .. they are the ones who sent a dress worth 6000 in 16000 .. they are total fraud .. worst quality ... Worst customer service .. they are only online .. if customers are dissatisfied .. they should try to help them out ..but they act as if they are no where .. they are only concerned with the money they make one time by showing their fraudulent fancy fake dresses .. so plZzzz never purchase from them .. they deliver the product which is low in quality .. u can't even imagine ... I got the dress on 11 or 12 October 2023 .. I m still in tears of disappointment and dissatisfaction .. and on the fraud which I have experienced

I didn’t wanted to give this company even one star this is a fraud company. First I ordered my clothes for wedding in USA, and they promised me my clothes will be on time near the wedding day like 3 days before they texted me and said sorry clothes will be dispatch after wedding. Imagine my anxiety at that time I had no clothes for the wedding, so I decided to get refund from them this is like july 25th incident my order date now today is September 16 my refund is still not done, every time I text them I get no respond back, so they have fraud me for my over 300& USA, and no one is responding to me. Please do not order with them! They are frauds who eats people money, we earn money with hardship over here and they eat our money coz they don’t have respect for how halal money is earned,

I have been ordering from Zaaviay recently and received the merchandise in good condition but their customer service is so bad…they will not give you a price adjustment if the merchandise is further reduced within a couple of days. And they won’t cancel your order either. They wouldn’t even adjust the shipping if I added another outfit to the order. They would rather lose $200 sale than adjust shipping. This company has very poor business practices and terrible customer service

This is an awful quality, please don’t purchase anything. They have very misleading pictures and content. Not sure how people are even buying this.

PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER AVOID THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL RECEIVE FAULTY GOODS AND IF YOU COMPLAIN THEY WILL BLAME YOU AND SAY YOU THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FOR THEIR TAXES AND RETURN COSTS WHEN THEY HAVE SENT FAULTY GOODS. NOT ONLY DO YOU PAY YOUR OWN CUSTOMS YOU RECEIVE ITEMS THAT DO NOT MATCH, CREASED ANd FAULTY GOODS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY TRUST ME AVOID AVOID. I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH TO AVOID THEM.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered living overseas! I will not recommend them to anyone!! They are a scam in name of a small business, sent me a wrong dress and promised money back with nothing. Other products were delivered very late after the event I ordered for. I will not recommend this to anyone at all, bad experience bad quality bad customer service! 0 stars

I ordered two suits back in April 2023 and yet waiting for it.
Now it said shipped but in custom who h are asking me to pay extra $150.00 for clearance otherwise they will held it.
It looks like a fraud website.
Please be aware before ordering and check for their hidden cost. I was so excited with their free delivery that ordered two dresses. My mistake never read the review otherwise wouldn't have ordered. Not received, now I am worried about the material and stitching too reading the other reviews, it was for the bride
Their charges are too high too.

Awful. Ordered a suit for 154 dollars which was evidently red in its image, yet I received it in dark purple. Another shade wouldve been negotiable but a whole different colour. Absolute joke.

Outstanding service with best quality ever

Very bad service , bad quality and worthless. I spent 350 $ on a suit for Eid which came 4th day of Eid n was v bad . I can’t wear it .
