Their customer service is too bad, when I rang to them to ask about my order they said they will check with production and ring me back but they never, and they were scrolling if you placed an order before 5 th April they will deliver before Eid, but unfortunately I haven’t received and when enquired about the parcel it might arriving after 3 days of Eid. It is so disappointing to order with Zaaivay, I don’t really recommend this online site, please be aware before ordering with them.

Very unprofessional and it take a lot of time for delivery. They donot respond you only you have to keep texting them again and again. Don’t buy.

Ordered 4 kurta sets, it said raw silk however material used was very cheap. Stitching is so bad. With xl top they sent small size bottom. It's ridiculous,total waste of money.

please do not order from this website/ company if you live in Canada. I received my package after 1.5 month. All 3 suits have horrible stitching no overlock. who stitches kameez like a straight line no shape around waist. I ordered XL thinking that I can do some slight fitting but 1 shirt is like 3XL. I phoned the number after 3 wks of placing order to check what's going on why I haven't received my order yet. looks like they just prepped suits in few days and shipped it without quality check So buyer beware.

I recently ordered from zaaviay for the first time because their shipping seemed like it would come faster and I needed a new suit quite quick for my event! I ordered the haryali bano and the suit looked absolutely nothing like the photo shown online, the embroidery was less and totally different(extremely cheap looking)and the quality of the suit was also quite bad given the hefty amount paid for the suit.needless to say I am very disappointed and I will never order from them again. I contacted their customer service after receiving the suit and sent them a side by side photo of the suit they sent versus the one shown online and they still refused to admit it's not the suit and said "ma'am, it is the same" any sane person could tell it is most definitely not the same! Please don't ever order from here! Save your money! They are a scam! These good reviews on here must be fake! I wish I could paste a photo of my item and the one shown online on this website!

I placed an order after keeping in mind the delivery time, which on the website is mentioned could take up to 10 days.
After about 10 days I got in contact to as the update off my order and was informed it will be dispatched in the next 4 days. After 4 days I contacted again as I had no update. I was then informed order is expected to dispatch after another week. I had informed them the order was for an upcoming event. They then asked when is the event I informed them after that no one replied. After a further week I received and email from DHL to say my package is dispatched and ill have to pay over £100 in custom costs, bearing in mind i had preciously ordered and delivery came via fedex with no extra costs.
When i ordered there was no mention about extra charges. if charges were correctly covered then no extra charges should be applicable. also at the time off ordering it was mentioned delivery will be via fedex.
I have now have to pay extra to receive the suits, along with no use off them, as the event they were needed for had passed.

Ordered 2 wedding dresses. Colors were exactly as adverstized on the website. Stitching was nice but I am not happy with the quality of clothing material. Some of the embellishment on sleeves was ripping off even while on trying sized. I would rate them 3.5/5. Really pricey compared to quality of stuff used.

This website was a scam. I ordered 3 outfits from here and the lady told me they'll arrive before the 10 maybe even 6th. I needed them for the 10th and DHL have just messaged me telling me that it will be delivered on the 10th but for that to be delivered I need to pay £98. Excuse me, where is this money coming from!! I was under the assumption that zaaviay had paid all of the shipping prices as my order was above 60,000 rupees, this was money for tax and invoice which she failed to mention when I was asking about the delivery and shipping with the orders. I have tried contacting the admissions but shes not responding and now I need to either pay the £98 and hope they come early on the 10th or delay it and go look for outfits elsewhere, as I need them urgently for a family wedding. I'm spending more money than I intended to. Don't waste your time with this company, it's not worth the hassle at all!

The outfit I saw on the website looked classy and made of good quality material and I thought it was worth the price I am paying. I was very disappointed when I received my parcel. The outfit was made of material that is used as lining for organza chiffon etc. It looks so cheap that I don't think I can wear it. I feel cheated

I bought a suit that was delivered on time. Unfortunately it is a different colour to the one advertised on their website. I tried to return it to them but they refused to accept it or refund it. I had no option but to create a dispute through my bank to get a refund. My advise is if you have no luck with customer service go through your bank and dispute it - you will then be refunded and you can send the item back. Good luck!

Beautiful clothes, excellent customer service and timely delivery of clothes. I have bought clothes before from Zaaviay but locally. This time I got them shipped to US and the process was smooth and quick. Their customer service thru whatsapp is great; helpful and polite. The quality of the clothes received was just like the ones seen on the website. Would be purchasing more in future.

Ordered two dresses from Zaaviay. Both arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful. Both the suits look the exact same as shown in the picture on their website. They responded very politely and quickly via WhatsApp and Email. The whole Zaaviay team is so quick and responsive. Would recommend Zaaviay to anyone looking for suits for any occasion.

Quality of the fabric, embroidery & color was exactly same as mentioned in the description box under every item. Fastest international delivery. Great customer service. Quick replies on every query over whatsApp. Will definitely order again.

Quality of the fabric, embroidery & color was exactly same as mentioned in the description box under every item. On request they made customized outfits and did some minor changes without increasing the price. Fastest international & domestic delivery. Great customer care. Prompt replies on every query over messenger & whatsApp. Good on you.Way to go!

If you live in the UK buying from this website is no good. The charges is ridiculous! I wanted to exchange the size as the sizes were big once received I was told to pay for delivery return and I will have to pay for dispatch postage from Pakistan (as they said it’s my fault the sizes don’t fit me). Very poor exchange/refuted policy.
