DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered from this company almost a year ago, I’ve emailed more than 20 times asking where my order is and each time I was told it was on its way, I was told if I didn’t receive it by 17th June 2023 months after I placed the order I would get a refund and still nothing, no delivery and no refund. I’ve emailed multiple times since and have been blatantly ignored. I purposely ordered from a small business to help promote them, I could have easily ordered off SHEIN for much cheaper. Absolutely ridiculous how they treat their “customers”

If I could give less than one star I would. This company is a massive scam. My grandmother ordered some items worth over £40 back in July 2023 and they failed to arrive. I emailed the company to track the items and they said they were held in customs and would arrive soon. Another month past of me chasing and they said to be patient. Finally I asked for a refund and they have ignored me ever since. AVOID at all costs. My grandmother never received her items and it’s clearly a bogus company that needs to be taken down. They were also rude when replying after us waiting 3 months for delivery. awful awful awful. I’m going to report them to the police they should NOT be allowed to scam people, especially the older generation. Vile.

This is the information and date of my order, which I never received even after 2 months. I demand that the amount I paid you be returned as soon as possible, or you will be reported to the competent institutions.

I ordered clothes in April and up to now no delivery, I kept being told that there was a mix up in shipping and the parcel was sent to the wrong country. I was told they will ship again, months down the line still no delivery. I requested a refund, since then no replies. These ones are big scammers...wrotten to the core!!!

i by from them before 50 days and i bays by visa 100 usd i check ther website ther is no website and thy didn't send or refund my money what can I do

I ordered some shirts and was told i will receive them in 5 days. I wanted to use them during my vacation in Namibia. Im back from Namibia and no order received. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Ordered the parcel 14th Aug 23 send several emails. No joy .no clothes no refunds no phone calls bad service. Phone and emails always on . unhappy client.

I ordered a bunch of men's shirts and of course they never arrived. I had seen the shirts on my Facebook under different company names. I just thought it was a drop-shipper company that used different names. But after I ordered I realized my mistake. Their "customer service" responded to say that the order was on the way. Not true. Looks like they're operating under the "Atlanl" name as well. The "Yeejewel" website has been taken down.

_ star due to I also got replied 5,6 times replied email and thn stopped what a rubbish company is it they saying their shipment on the way keep waiting but I don't know what to say. I wouldn't recommend anyone.

A CLASSIC INTERNET SCAM!!!
Do not buy anything from this site. They receive and confirm the order, then reply to a couple of emails with a request to be patient, the goods will arrive. Then, I cannot contact them via email.
If you paid something, say goodbye to that money, you won't get anything.
Does anyone know where I can report them for fraud and turn them over to the legal authorities?

Just to add to the chorus already singing the tune, Yeejewel are scammers. I placed an order 9 months ago, and nothing. Received a couple of false assurances my delivery was en route, and then they stopped replying to emails after I requested a refund. DO NOT ORDER from this site - find the products you're looking for elsewhere.

Total scam. Paid express delivery. No products sent.

6 month and i didnt received my order and every 15 days i ask and i get the same answer is to wait 15 days more.

Waw! Upon reading all these reviews, I have decided not to place my order again. They kept sending me emails that I left something’s in my cart. It was too good to be true I had to come check their review
