Scam-like experience – avoid this site

Title: Scam-like experience – avoid this site
I ordered a product from this website, but the item I received was completely unusable.
After contacting customer support, we exchanged more than 10 messages. They eventually offered a replacement product, but only if I paid additional shipping costs. I agreed, and they promised delivery within 7–9 days.
After more than a month, nothing arrived. When I contacted them again, they claimed the product was out of stock.
Since then, they have only been offering partial refunds (15%, then 25%, now 70%), which I have refused. This is not acceptable, as the original product was faulty and the replacement was never delivered.
I am still waiting for a full refund.
Based on my experience, this website uses delay tactics and avoids proper refunds.
I strongly recommend avoiding this site.
