Very fast delivery
Packaged really well

Tried to contact and number not in use , left a message no reply , film not arrived

Tried to contact twice without a response and order has not arrived

Haven't had a delivery yet, money taken but no update given after a week. Product isn't stated as being out of stock so don't know what the issue is

Slow service, poor comms, no delivery

They cancelled my order on me, poor customer service trying to resolve the issue. Not even been sent my refund and it’s been a week after they said. I would stay very clear from them. Also very rude.

Wraptastic had stock of the 3m wrap that I wanted which was as far as I could see otherwise only available from USA. Order process was easy, a discount was applied and the wrap arrived within a couple of days.

Rokas provided a great service on wrapping my centre console. Online quoting was easy and when I arrived at his immaculate facility he had a great range of different wraps and finishes and spent time talking me through the options. The final product is excellent, with people commenting that it looks like it came out the factory with the finish! Would definitely recommend Rokas and the Wraptastic team again.

Nothing on the website about delivery restrictions and I was able to complete my order using my Ireland address. However, I immediately got a phone call, saying they don't ship to ROI and charge £27 extra for NI. Luckily, I was able to nominate a London address where it turned up next day. This wouldn't be an option if I was a commercial wrapping operation. If you are a wrapping business or hobbyist in Ireland, forget Wraptastic.

If you really want to regret having your car wrapped by these guys, then think again. They might be good at a panel or 2, but a full car... Forget it.. even after car going to for another week, it still came back as bad. Be warned!!

Update, we took the wrap off to find out , they had sandpapered the front bumper but didn't tell us had to pay for respray before we could sale it..

Super helpful an honest. Ali could have sold me something that would have been very difficult for me work with - but instead he gave honest advice that saved me trouble and time even though it meant no sale. I'll be back to make a purchase when I have a project that is right.
