They loure you in with that wheel tell you you’re going to get 10% or 15% off of your order they never send the code or they never apply it to the order and you get lowered in and end up spending more than you thought you would the products are extremely overpriced I can’t say they got here in decent time, but I don’t like the deception.
Just pray nothing goes wrong with your Arbortech Power Carving Unit outside of warranty, High inspection fees, hi repair fees and no option to purchase a bare unit without all the extra bits, This has not been an overused item and I am really disappointed in the longevity of an expensive tool not what id expect from a tool working in this environment.
Awful brand I’ve had several products from arbortec dry kit 70 liter bag, x2 chainsaw trousers and chainsaw boots.
All products have fallen apart after 3-4 months, worst brand in tree work

Mini grinder feel apart in my hands. They didn’t use locktight on the bolts and they vibrated loose. The bolts were under a cover so I had no way of knowing.
I was buying at the beginning of this year one of the products (Power Chisel) of this company, which was delivered to me on the right time.
My problem started when I wanted to order some extra chisel from the European shop of this company which was not listed in the regular shop list.
Between placing the order and receiving the chisel, it took me to much energy, stress and nearly 4 months of correspondences between me and the Europe shop in Germany and the Headquarter in Australia.
The bad thing about this whole case is that the company employee try to put the blame on me despite that I am having all the correspondences proving the dates and all communication between me and all there employee.
Despite contacting the marketing department in order to find a solution for the internal bad system and in order to deliver the 2 chisel which costed me around €60 with delivery (not the cheapest option). Till today I did not hear any apology message or any reaction from the Headquarter in Australia.
I do not know how things run in Australia and in Germany but for sure not in this way.
