XS Usenet still the tops

It takes a while to get replies to queries but that's to be expected in these trying times, apart from that I cant fault the service....works for me.

Support could be much better.

Support could be much better.
- send warning before account-expiration
- don't let customers wait for a week before responding to requests
- explain why passwords and/or accountnames are changed

A year subscription deleted after 2 months and they don't answer mails

A year subscription deleted after 2 month.

Since a week I can not login anymore although I have a paid account valid for 1 year but they deleted my account for no good reason.
The account was valid until october 2020, but is useless now.

Worst of all they won't answer to any of the messages posted on their website.

Has been good

Has been good, however the past few days website has been down, cloudflare states 'bad gateway' so I could not renew subscription. Moving elsewhere.

Don't waste your money here.

While I could connect and read Usenet messages, I was never able to establish a connection to respond to any message. Multiple emails asking for technical support were ignored. I will not be using this service in future.
