I sent multiple support tickets and none of them got answered. I have been trying for months to get in touch with them to activate an account that I already paid for. No one is answering.

Pisspoor service. Apart from my annual subsctiption, a year ago, they also began to deduct 15 euro monthly from my paypal account. I blocked that and sent emails and support tickets to ask for an explanation. No reply. No phone number found.
I awarded One Star but only because I could not award No Star.

I'v been using XSUSNET for over 3 years plus. Avoid using XSusenet. I canceled my subscription a day before renewal and got a msg confirming it. the next day they charged me. I've opened a ticket requesting a refund. almost 8 days passed and no one responded to my ticket. They don't seem to be interested in responding I will post back if they respond and keep this updated.
Edit. still no one responded to my ticket and no refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
Avoid at all cost
I would strongly advise against using XS Usenet's services. I have been using them without issue for a few years, but since they released a new client portal, I've failed to renew my subscription so it expired.
So I tried terminating the old subscription and getting a new one about a week ago. My credit card was charged and I received the invoice indicating it was paid, but the account is still pending and I have no login credentials.
After a day or so I opened a support ticket, to which I got no reply. A day alter I then replied to that ticket again, in case it got lost. Still no reply.
Then I emailed their support and got no reply. Then I tried to phone them, but their number is not in service.
According to their website, they hired a new customer satisfaction team about a month ago, but from all perceivable evidence, they just don't exist anymore.
I guess they just kept the billing systems in place to leech some money off of unsuspecting potential customers, but everything else seems to be shut down.
No longer working.
I've used their free service on and off for a few years and it worked well until they changed the system recently. Now the account will not work, the support is not existent and will not get any replies, the knowledge base consists of 2 pages, one gives the server details, which don't work and the other says simply "test".
Sadly xsusenet.com has gone from good to completely useless. Time to move on.

The usenet service is fine.
The VPN has also been fine,
But beware! I tried to renew the VPN on 24 September and paid by credit card. they took my money but did not change the account expiry date. I left numerous messages and raised tickets to try and sort this out but XS Usenet did not reply.
I used the free version
I used the free version. It's slow offcourse 2 Mb's.
The files become larger and larger.
I suggest increase the speed of the free version

Renewals are easy, timely reminders ensure continuous service. Retention is fair with good value for price.
Paid for a 3 month subscription and…
Paid for a 3 month subscription and it's expired after a month, I've tried contacting them no reply so I have openedna PayPal dispute.
No support.
Was using the free account, but then somehow my account got closed. Submitted a ticket, no reply since 2 weeks. Then I tried the contact form, also no reply for a week.
Looks like i'm not going to get any reply from them.
Also the SSL certificate for the "My account" section of the site was expired for at least two weeks. I mentioned this to them on the second day, also no reply.
I was an XSUsenet customer since 2018
I was an XSUsenet customer since 2018. I was happy with the service until earlier this month. First they let their site SSL cert expire and then none of my payments were credited to my subscription. When I submitted a ticket for support it was closed by an Admin with no explanation. None of my inquiries were responded to.
Not sure what happened but it looks like somone ran off with all the money.
Unable to renew paid service
Renewed my subscription, my card was properly charged, and yet my service is about to expired.
There's no support whatsoever, or at least no one has replied to my email or tickets for 2 days already.
Fear I will have to do a chargeback and move to another service.
Free tiers are usually rubbish
Digging the service. Most services' free tiers are so restrictive that it's not worth bothering but XS deliver. They're not spammy, and they keep to their word. Keep it up!

Every year they disable my free accounts (if they disable one i create new so yes i have 4 accounts no limit mentioned so yes i do them all and running and for all same thing happens at same time), since they stop sending the emails. Each year i am fighting-attempting to get in touch with them for months, their live chat is never looked at, their contact form is never answered, their email sometimes you are lucky 99% of the time no answer, but miraculous accounts start to work again.
Hopefully this time as well, working on it for a month now to get accounts that are used daily back up an d running, the reason you could get deactivated is not on my end but on theirs if they stop sending the emails to prolong your free account. And that is what happens each year same time for me when it is summerholiday season. Then accounts get deactivated, so annoying and frustrating.
Free account gets disabled
Every so often my free account gets disabled.
And that is fine and of course up to xsusenet.
What is not fine is that I never get any response as to why the free account gets disabled.
Some feedback would show that there is a customer service behind the usenet provider.
Their FAQ on this item is of no help as I comply with all the terms and conditions.
I am impressed however with their high level of 100% completion for articles.
