Our driver was excellent!!
Our driver, Amir, was excellent. Very patient with us as I had turned my ringer off and did not get his very informative messages. He got us to the airport in record time, handled our luggage for us and just overall was spectacular. I highly recommend this company.

The driver never showed up at Heathrow…
The driver never showed up at Heathrow airport. Unfortunately, I had booked the taxi online via Onward Travel Solutions- also known as Airport Taxis) to pick us up after a long flight back home. The driver was not aware of our booking when I called. OTS merely passed the buck back to Xpress Airport Transfer who were the company fulfilling my booking(even though OTS took my money and are ultimately responsible). Finally, I spoke to the owner/ manager of Xpress and he apologised- but he had the cheek to suggest that he was booking us an Uber and keeping our money (including Meet & Greet fees) - I had already checked that Uber was almost £30 cheaper if I booked directly. So I demanded a cancellation & refund. I’m still awaiting my refund to come through. Completely hopeless and greedy behaviour to boot. They should as a minimum not have tried to charge the same fees if they were getting me an Uber for much less money. Uber came within 10 mins - I will use Uber from now on.

First of all please accept our sincere apologies, We do apologize for the situation we have created for you, Our driver let us down, he was at Heathrow airport and given us an excuse at last minute that his car does not have enough charging, so he has to charge battery first then go to terminal.
We can understand your situation, we were almost facing the same situation.
We did offer you to provide you an alternative vehicle within 15 minutes, also we offered you an uber which was more expensive then the price we got from agency. We put every possible effort to provide you journey but you prefer to choose an uber by your self, in reference to your refund we can assure you that you can have it done within four working days, Our Manager was very apologetic on the phone and once again we are sorry that our driver let us and you down

Fantastic 10/10
Nirmalan came right on time at 540am, even showing his live location en route. He arrived with an MPV 8 seater that I ordered. Customer service was excellent and they answered my questions promptly. This saved me a lot of hassle getting to gatwick airport when the tube strikes were announced. Also great that I could get a taxi booking only 2 days in advance!

Reliable service
Booked on 4th Jan with a very short advance (3hours) as my flightto stansted was delayed and there was a rail strike.
They contacted me by phone to confirm the pick up and they wait for me and my family almost for 1 hour.
