WMK was founded by two partners who recognised a clear gap in the property and hospitality market. After working closely within the industry, we saw that many landlords were relying on traditional rental models that often restricted the true earning potential of their properties. At the same time, guest expectations were evolving, with travellers seeking higher quality, better located, and more thoughtfully designed accommodation experiences.

Today, WMK operates as a UK-based serviced accommodation management company, specialising in short-term rental management across prime locations. We work closely with landlords and property owners to transform, optimise, and manage properties to their full potential, helping generate stronger and more consistent returns through a completely hands-off service.
Our process begins with preparing properties to meet premium serviced accommodation standards. This can include refurbishment guidance, furnishing, interior styling, and layout optimisation designed to maximise both guest experience and revenue performance. Once a property is ready, WMK manages the entire operation, including listing optimisation across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and our own direct booking channels. We also oversee dynamic pricing strategies, guest communication, professional housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and ongoing performance management to ensure high occupancy and strong results year-round.

Had an amazing stay here from start to finish. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transport links, while still feeling peaceful and private. The attention to detail throughout the property really stood out and made it feel much more special than a standard stay.

I had a property in Bank, Central London that needed significant work before it could perform properly as a serviced accommodation. Working with WMK was honestly one of the best decisions I made.
From the start, the team helped guide the entire renovation process, advising on layout, design, furnishings, and what would actually maximise occupancy and revenue rather than just making the property look nice. Their knowledge of the serviced accommodation market was clear throughout.
Once completed, they transformed the property into a high-performing serviced accommodation and the results have exceeded my expectations. The property is now generating far better returns than it ever did as a traditional rental, while also being maintained to a very high standard.
Communication has been excellent throughout, everything is handled professionally, and the process has been very hands-off for me as a landlord. I would highly recommend WMK to any property owner looking to maximise the potential of their asset.

Stayed here recently, gorgeous interior, very clean and great location. Owners were also really nice and responded quickly to any questions I had Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of London for a few days
