glasses incl. bifocal lenses cheap and generally perfect. Out of 5 frames over three years one had an issue with one lense. Upon calling the representative (call got through in 3 minutes) that pair was exchanged easily.

Unfortunately, I had an issue with the glasses I ordered. Zenni Optical was straight forward and stated that they could not correct the issue. They stood behind their product and provided a full refund. I was very happy with the outcome. I will give them another try on my next pair of glasses.
