Zenith have seized trading don’t spend a penny with them!

We are currently having works undertaken for an extension and having the WORST experience. During the concrete works a few weeks ago the builders damaged our drive plus a neighbours. They then decided yesterday unbeknownst to us to turn up while we were at work to try and rectify the damage. They asked our lovely neighbour to use his water which they did for 45 minutes and have now damaged our drive further plus our garage door. We are beyond livid - how dare they turn up to our property without our knowledge, abuse our neighbours hospitality and cause more damage. This is just one of the issues we have faced along the way - we are only part way through completion I am terrified at the prospect of what else can go wrong. I have yet to be able to speak to our project manager about yesterday. If anyone can give me any assurances from Zenith or otherwise I would be most grateful.

We are really pleased with our doors and windows. The fitters worked really hard in atrocious weather. The standard of work is excellent and we would like to say a big thank you to Rob and Luke who did most of the building work involved and to the two Polish guys who also worked non stop on the windows in order to get the job finished.

The sales pitch was pressured. The process to get the fitting was slow and disjointed. I ordered a conservatory part tiled, part glazed roof and new front door and was given an installation date for the roof. When i chased the installation date for the front door was advised the order had to be cancelled. My questions to them was why would it have been cancelled if they had already sent a surveyor to measure up and quote?? Zenith were unable to give a reason so the process started again and the door was finally ready to be fitted some 6 weeks later. Luckily the same fitters (Adrian and Mike) did the front door and roof - they were both fabulous. Unfortunately the finish from the plasterers was not so good. i have since spoken to a Manager Ian who called last week to advise a sale had been made off the back of my sale and that he wanted to pass some more savings onto me for the sale. To be honest this is the 3rd time someone has called from Zenith to ask me to consider having more work completed. There is more chance of me flying to the moon than using Zenith again. I am still waiting for Ian to call back to confirm when the plasters will be back to make good the poor job they completed back in July. watch this space!!!!!!!!!!!! also total spend was over £20k. I think they've had me!!!!

We thought the initial sales rep experience was long at 4 hours, but the man was actually very nice and has been started on Yorkshire tea biscuit brew (I personally apologise for causing new taste!). We had all of his contact details and all of the fine print was made clear. The sample window showed exactly what we have now which we are very pleased with. 10 units (9 windows and a door) were all fitted last week by two men in a very quick time and professionally! The quality finish is amazing and they covered all the floors with sheeting so nothing was covered. They also hoovered and cleaned up after themselves and they were a joy to have round. I wish I got their names! I think they were from Poland/Lithuania? We want them to know that they did a fantastic job and we’re very pleased.
The scaffolding is still up so Zenith couldn’t take all the photos they wanted but at least they have the photo of the door (which opens and closes even in the cold weather. No more piledriving into the door in the mornings!).

Despicable company - I WILL AVOID at ALL COSTS.
The work they did was fine to my parents house however - Since then my dad has had a stroke and even though he’s told them this and asked to be removed from their contact list they have totally ignored that request and KEEP ON BOMBARDING him with calls. He has politely asked them not to call - they say they won’t call again Then they just KEEP ON AND ON calling! When he asked them more strongly not to call they were downright rude to him - but still the calls keep coming - even yesterday when his occupational therapist was here trying to assist him with his follow up therapy. Dad told the caller he had to go and why, and the sales man STILL said he will call back today!
Let me just tell you - He’d better beware if he does because I will be answering the phone and giving him a VERY ANGRY piece of my mind!!
If they call just once more I will take the matter further and higher to whatever authorities I can.
It’s taught me one thing - I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR MY OWN HOUSE and I will make sure all my family, friends and neighbours are made aware of this most awful sales operation.
Awful company. At the end of this review it asks for my phone number so that Zenith can call me to discuss this - you can forget it if you think you’re having my number so that you can bombard me with sales calls the way do my dad. Why don’t you review and change your tactics instead. I’m too angry to even discuss this in a pleasant manner with you.

Very efficient installation service and high specifications windows and doors. Completed to my requirements and satisfaction and can already benefit from the heat conservation and warmth indoors without having to put my central heating on when colder nights have started.

Although the fitters were excellent, I am afraid to say that the tactics of the sales department were appalling. for example: To get into the company magazine, we were asked to allow photos to be taken, and because we had spent a very large amount our name would be put forward to be considered for a partial refund. This happened on numerous occasions, yes there was a catch, we had to agree to have a quote for some more work present or in the future. But were told by the sales manager that if we wanted to throw the quote away. So if the senior management thought that we would continue with the work we would stand a better chance of being considered for a cheque. I was actually told that a cheque was being sent, also told that the photos were being sent for our approval, neither happened. When I told the sales manager that we had no reason to have any more work done, he put the phone down. In one week I had from different salespeople the same phone call. I had a manager visit prior to the final work being carried out I informed him of the situation, he said that he would have a block put on our home phone so that further calls would not occur. I even had one manager say on the phone " So don't talk to me" very unprofessional. The tactics of the sales team are such that it appears they are almost forcing/blackmailing customers to make them buy another product so their names may/ could be in a magazine, and be considered for some money back, and a cheque will/may be sent.

On the day of my mother's funeral, there was a pounding on my door. It was a Zenith Canvasser, leaning on my car. I explained, politely, that I was not interested in having any work done at this time, he then asked if I wanted my door replaced. After several back and forths, I ended up asking, "What part of NOT INTERESTED do you not understand? - And he still would not leave. When he did eventually move off about 20 yards, he hovered around my house trying to catch me come out.

I rang up Zenith Sales, who weren't interested, and was on hold with "Customer Services" for well over 20 minutes. I explained what had happened, and that as the House was in Mourning I would not be doing any business at this time any road. They said they would get someone to call me.

Half an hour later, there was another pounding on the door. On this occasion it was not one Zenith Canvasser but FOUR. This time I did lose my temper, and ask then how DARE they intrude on a House in Mourning. I asked them to go away - and again they refused to do so.

Further calls to "Customer Service" resulted in a junior manager ringing me, no apology but he said he would get someone more senior to call me. This did not happen and I have never received any apology from Zenith for their poor manners and downright lack of respect.

Before you do business with Zenith, please do ask yourself if this is the sort of company you want to give your money to.

May not be the cheapist company but their products, service and warranty are outstanding.
The sales force and customer interaction are top notch.
They are Company that has been going for 50 years. You cannot be in business that long if you are misleading people.
They respect their customers and go to great lengths to ensure they get a five star service.
For any one looking for windows, doors or guttering solutions - talk to them, they are absolutely brilliant.

im happy and satisfied with the work the builders are efficient and polite

We were faced with an expensive fascia and sofit carpentry and paintwork job with scaffolding and we invited Zenith to come and quote for Roofline instead. Roofline is not covering up the old wood with all of its problems but a complete refit with UPVC and a tray that reaches under the tile edge .It is a first rate system that gives us peace of mind for a long while. All we need is to engage someone to wash it down occasionally. I did find the sales patter and negotiation rather drawn (very drawn out) out but we ended up with a good result. The job was done with scaffolding erected and removed on time and a fitter who did an A1 job. Highly recommended!

The team turned up, they was very professional in making sure everything was covered rubber mats was laid down on my new wooden flooring they replaced the windows and fitted new front door.

plus they cleaned up after, Derek the Fitter engineer was very helpful with advice on after care, it was a late finish for them.

over all very good service from the Team.

The product and installation were/are great but the 'sales' calls after installation has reached epidemic proportions. If I had wanted more work done I would have asked for this to be included in the initial quotation so I could have pushed for a better price.

There customer service is rubbish. We were told thAt we needed a scaffold to do the windows on the third floor due to health and safety. They arrived and fitted the windows without a scaffold. We were charged £600 for the scaffold. And they denied this when I phoned them up. Back mistake to use Zenith

I would have given no stars but you had to give one. Where do I start. After being pressured to sign up on the night, we suffered 8 months of complete lack of service, consideration or customer service. The worse service I have ever experienced!!!! Do not go anywhere near this company or Job worth Doing. No communication, false promises and guess what? The job never even started. No apology... no nothing

Zenith simply will not stop plaguing me with sales calls. I have told them may a dozen times to stop calling me but they have absolutely no respect for my wishes. I have told them explicitly that they do have my consent to hold my data, yet they continue to hold my details and contact me. On one occasion they even said "I know you're on a 'do not contact' list but..." showing what little regard they have for anyone's wishes. Unless you want to be bothered by high pressure sales calls forever, have nothing to do with this company whatsoever.

Good job. But the service is appalling. They keep calling you in regards to taking pictures. Originally we said yes, and a time was arranged. They never came. Then they kept calling. Trying to give us money back if we buy more etc. Also when they call, they ask for my father, who has since passed. I informed them of this and have now been asking for my mother. They hound her now and since finding this out I’ve been taking the calls informing them we don’t want anything more to do with them. Today they called saying to my mother I had ‘attitude’ and saying my mother had attitude and decides not to give my mother the information. Horrific customer service. What a disgrace to the company.
