One client mentioned that while the Zenith installation subcontractor was removing one of the existing first floor windows, once removed he just launched the window down into the garden with the glass shattering everywhere and the frame breaking.

I am an experienced surveyor and contract specialist who now has a number of new clients as a result of Zenith failures. They have appointed me to help them out in relation to shoddy workmanship, poor service levels, vague sales contracts, dodgy discounts mechanisms and yet still they are being continually hounded for additional money. This is despite the product provided not meeting quality standards or building regulations.

I am certain they will get a positive outcome each of them.

From reading many of the reviews on here it is easy to see customers have been badly treated and badly stung. Please be aware there are avenues of recourse for you all regardless of Zenith Home Improvements been dissolved.

Each one of my new clients have said they found it difficult to find help. Well they have now and if you need some as well just look up my name on Checkatrade

I had windows and a door fitted April 2019.
The job was messy. The fitters damaged sills that were not being replaced. No keys were provided for windows.
Had them come out again to repair the many faults that showed up.
Still not happy. After finding out the company had cone into administration I did a bit more research and contacted a company that can try to claim back costs on a no win no fee basis. this is easier if you have purchased windows with a finance agreement. It is in their hands now. Hoping for some payback now.

zenith ( job worth doing) do not touch with a barge pole, they have coursed me nothing but aggro and sleepless nights over my conservatory I have now got another leak in my roof ,phoned up they have are now gone into administration, if any one know where I go from here I would like to now

WORST DECISION I EVER MADE
They completed our complete doors and window installation in April 2017. Problems occurred within weeks. Contacted JobsWorthDoing who are a sister company and despite visits and inspections, no joy. Slide’n’Glide doors jammed or fell out of frame, wrong, illegal hinges fitted to upstairs windows, broken bricks around windows. No fixings in windows held in by expanding foam.
Eventually they went into administration and after 20 months the finance company have paid up for building repairs and a complete new installation by a recommended small company.

I used to work there. Put the company this way you know how everyone says you need to hit rock bottom in life to be able to shoot up. Working for zenith I hire rock bottom in the horrible company that done illegal stuff and nothing right once I left I’m living my best life.

I feel conned, I signed up for a door having been pressured by time constraint of offer....tonight only..... Spent £1600 and then after door was paid for on finance for which they dropped price by £300 if I took finance, they installed a damaged door. 6 weeks later having traded under new management they have returned to install another damaged door and now nobody is answering phone. I still owe finance company despite having damaged door. Use these at your own choice.....

So after making a review and their promises to resolve the issues they didn’t they made all the promises in the world but never came through and now they have folded

Worst experience, signed contract for Conservatory in Feb 2019. They increased the price twice saying they have to change plan to get building regulation.
Had a letter in September to say our conservatory is on factory.
Now they are saying company is forced to close and they can't pay my deposit back.
Had a letter from an insurance company about deposit protection, and when we emailed them, had replay to say they can't pay our deposit back as they cover only for 90 days after deposit payment.
I am extremely disappointed and was wondering how to get my money back.

Zenith Windows are,excrement I had new windows fitted in 2003 and they are already falling out. Oh and who ever was the Salesman working in Stevenage at the time, remember following me to work so I would sign the paperwork because I was wanting to back out of the contract that I hadn`t signed at the time, I have no wish to identify my self to Zenith Windows because I I never ever want them to come round my house ever again gone bust or not.

Brought a conservatory nearly £15,0000 have stopped payment as not finished and half a roof had no correspondence from the company.I have spoken to a regional manager who said he could not get hold of the head office and didn't know if he had a job as they are looking for someone to buy the company, he now works for another company but still was helpful the only one .
I have been told they are folding so be careful about parting with any deposits ect

I think Zenith have gone bust. No reply from Norwich or Head Office.

Been trying to get Roof installed in May 2019 finished and now have to try to find someone else.

They cold called my wife when I was on a big project at work, and they agreed to come back when I was home. We wanted a quote for windows as we are currently looking to have a new front door and windows so thought it was a good idea.
The salesman came around and PRESSURE sold us £7k of windows just for the downstairs of my house!! We signed up, went to bed late then I woke up and saw sense, cancelled and it was the best decision I’ve made. Since heard they are folding and I’m glad. Always use check a trade never use cold calling company’s. Lesson learned.

Honestly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in any industry. DO NOT USE!!!
They take a cash deposit, They don't ever call or communicate back, You sit on hold & no one finds your details, They mark the price up from a deal you shake on with both their sales rep but I even spoke with the company director on the phone whilst the sales rep was in my home.
There are so many wrong things about this company for customer service & loyalty or being honourable. There are many others out there so please stay away from this one.

Terrible experience, we’ve been waiting for 2months since we’ve paid the deposit and paid for the planning permission ,no answer on the phone no answer from their head office ,no answer to any email ,decided now to take legal action to get our money back .

Having already made a review and the response was the customer service manager would be in contact, 3 MONTHS later and still no contact.
Really, really disappointed with the after sales support

Don't EVER use this company.They don't care how they treat their customers especially once they have your 15% deposit. I'm still waiting for my conservatory almost 17 weeks later!, I'm exceptionally disappointed and let down by the management and service. They are not in the slightest way thinking about treating their customers appropriately and when there is an enormous delay with an installation they have no intention of giving a gesture of goodwill.

Zenith Home Improvements are pure crap ,and that is being generous.

We are very pleased with our new Zenith side door and adjacent window. Zenith encourage their customers to submit a review on Trust Pilot by promising a £10 Amazon gift card. However Zenith seem very reluctant to fulfil their side of this promise. I have contacted Zenith twice to ask where my gift card is for this review and have been informed that "it is on its way". The last time I was told this was 03/08/19. The Zenith side door is the second product I have purchased from Zenith this year (contract 19Z02774 refers) and I had a very similar experience obtaining the gift card for my first purchase review. I feel that Zenith Marketing and Management departments do not match the excellence of their products. Beware, they are slippery people to deal with.

YOU HAVE THE worst sales people we have ever met. (His name is Raj Singh, the assistant manager from Chelmsford Branch.

First meeting - 3 hours of stupid presentations, talking about how poor other companies are and rubbish about how their windows.
I would give them points for how good they are at boasting about their products. Sales guy does the usual thing of calling his manager 3 times and talking rubbish about how good my house is for their brand if they put a board outside my house for a few weeks and reduced the price by 33%.
Told the 1st sales guy i wont be making a deposit today as need to think about it. 4 hours later he left. The day after I was called by the commercial department twice and they offered to come and give me another survey and give me commercial trade prices. I agreed (wish i didnt).
2nd Meeting - The Zenith Commercial team / windows sales man, calls himself the assistant manager of Chelmsford branch does not even greet you or shake your hand when they turned up Just looked miserable and looked like he did not want to be there. They come in and ask you what budget do you have and if you are definitely interested in taking an order today? Why act like you are doing us a favour when your company needs customers?? Fix your sales people Zenith.
He was so miserable that he told us they don't even get commission for driving to see us. If you are not happy with working for this company why are you working for them???

Had to force them to measure the windows just to get a quote. After finally getting a quote we asked to proceed because already wasted 5 hours of back and forth and awkward silences. Was told to pay a deposit/ admin fee (all they cared about was taking your money).

Had to call up customer services to find out the company is currently IN LIQUIDATION and no contracts are being processed. What a waste of time and energy by a cowboy company run by cowboys who are rude, uneducated and commission hungry. JUST REFUND OUR MONEY AND DON'T EVER TRADE AGAIN!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

We’ve been calling them for the last 2 days to get our payment back and keep being told that company is up for sale. Asked for further clarification but staff weren’t very helpful and were regurgitating the same 3 sentences over and over. Also said I should be calling my bank to claim chargeback for that initial payment
