They work together with schools and teachers in a very caring way and operate an excellent service .

Fabulous staff at Zen in the Truro branch... nothing too much trouble, they are friendly and welcoming and professional particularly Tom Hooper and Dan Feast.

The flexibility of the work is great for me as well as the variety.
The communication with the Zen team is very efficient with the app, emails, texts and general correspondence.
There is ease with the overall system of working with them.

Well I worked this week in amazinwas all care team helpfully ,and respected my needs.i had a amazing time at wok and had a good communication with zen team Katy and all care team are helping me through trying to get me it routine of work.
Thank you so much and school was amazing staff they was treating me with respect and I was fired in eel supported children with sen .(highly functional to all different level non verbal HDhd a m and autistic children in the schools.

The teachers make it easy for me to contribute towards the children's learning in class even though is my first time.

Staff was so friendly and supportive. Nice and lovely kids. Clean and disciplined environment. I had very good day in this school.

Im still waiting on my dbs to come through i have finished all the sign up introductions , rang the company to see whats going on and havent heard nothink back for about a month

They work hard to get you work and are very approachable.

Great communication. Helpful and friendly staff. Amazing assembly! It blew my mind.

My experience with Zen has been really positive. Heather has been amazing and so helpful, I have full confidence in her ability to match me with jobs that would suit me. Heather was also very efficient at booking me a job, the process for this was seamless. Zen & Heather provided me with links and details about the job, which enabled me to explore and learn more about the school I was going to with ease. We shared feedback about my day afterwards which I really appreciated.

The Zen app is both convenient and simple to use, setting up my profile was quick and easy to do. The app also has training available so you can refresh your skills at any time which is really helpful!
I would recommend Zen to friends, family and anyone looking for a career in education.

They are all updated on time. So it's easy to do everything. Specially their service. They are make sure that I will arrive on time or not. Text me to take all important documents with me.

Zen Educate is among the few organizations that prioritize their staff's well-being and professional development. Regarding education, they are highly professional, endowed with extensive knowledge and unshakeable skills. Their services are easy and quick, e.i app platform.

I have really appreciated the support and work I have been given. I was nervous at 1st as I have always been in a permanent employment, however I have been allocated work since I joined Zen Educate and Matt has been brilliant.

Good staff in zen communication is good they keep updating and reminding you to make your journey easy.

Avoid this company , I am an experienced Cover Supervisor. Decided to go back Into teaching . I have had an Enhanced DBS in the U.K. for 15 years . I am on the update service misplaced my certificate & applied on Zen Educate DBS . Cerys in Cardiff confused with my name & very unprofessional. I provided all the paperwork the right to work in UK born here . And it’s been an absolute joke & very rude tone . Gone with another Agency sorted in 2 mins . Advice really need to listen & I have so many emails explaining. Been painful .

After an incident, I have been chasing managers and they are hiding like mice! More than a month I have been passed from one person to another while they are taking their holidays with the money of the teachers who work for them (they keep 40% of the salary that appears as your daily rate!, for literaly No service in return). Not to mention, I was even provided with a fake email when I told them I wanted to file a formal complaint.
