Thighs is my fifth consecutive year purchasing annual birthday cards from Zazzle. Despite my paid tracking service stating that my order had been delivered, I did not receive it. I contacted customer service and they gave me suggestions to find my package. When it still didn’t show, a customer service representative authorized a replacement with expedited shipping. Hopefully this replacement is delivered correctly!

The product was great, just as advertised. The packaging could be improved. The business card jox was very flimsy. The box was pushed open during shipping, so all the cards were loose when the package was opened. But I love the product

The invitations came out perfectly. The delivery was fast and before actual delivery date. My daughter was super happy when her 15 invites arrived.

I was in a time crunch and made a huge card that I hoped would get here before my mom’s big birthday. It came two days early and it looks amazing Amazing. I’m so happy.

Nice and good price

Zazzles customisation abilities are incredibly helpful for making cards that worked for me! The process was easy and fast, and the delivery time was pretty quick as well! I had no issues at any point, which was fantastic, as I'm bride stressed enough!! Lol
I will definitely be using zazzle again for my upcoming wedding invites, and probably anything else I'll need cards for :)

The design was so cute. I did get compliments from loads of people on the invite, and they had everything I was looking for; thank you notes, invites, adhesive stickers business cards.

I’ve ordered from this website twice, and both experiences were extremely disappointing.

The first time, my order arrived well past the promised delivery date. By the time it finally showed up, the occasion I needed it for had already passed—making it completely useless. It was a huge waste of time and very frustrating.

The second time, I hesitated to order again because of my prior experience, but decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, it was even worse. My item arrived with incorrect personalization, so again, I couldn’t use it. Instead of issuing a refund for a clearly unusable product, they offered me store credit—which is unacceptable.

This is terrible customer service. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. You risk not receiving your order on time—and not even getting what you actually ordered.

My baby shower invitations were absolutely perfect! I am very pleased and would definitely use Zazzle again.
