Unfortunately items do get broken in shipping, but Zazzle made it easy and I was helped immediately. Other companies should be that helpful and make it easy on the customer when there is an issue. They obviously care about their customers.
Order not received, despite expedited shipping
I ordered a gift for my future daughter-in-laws bridal shower (personalized),and paid for expedited shipping. It was supposed to arrive no later than today. Although a shipping label was created, Fed Ex shows no evidence of ever receiving it, although Zazzle says it must be "lost in transit". I asked for them to ship me a new one overnight, and they will not guarantee that, which I think is the least they should do. They no longer take phone calls to speak with anyone directly (just online). Now I need to walk into the shower empty handed. Unacceptable and embarrassing.

I ordered on Zazzle for the first time
I ordered on Zazzle for the first time. As they do have very cute cards. I was not aware that 75% of them were postcards. Also the postcards were colored on both sides so you can’t even write on them and one card came without an envelope. I’m not very happy. I bought 15 cards also so I have a lot of unusable cards.

I have used Zazzle for many years and have placed 100's of orders. In general, most items are good quality and if not, customer service has been helpful with replacements and always offers some type of credit for the inconvenience, delay, etc.
I recently ordered a custom embroidered baseball cap that took a long time to arrive. I have created this product in the past and it came out great. I have to make 4 for a trip but only ordered 1 to see how it would come out. The one I received was absolutely horrible ... the worst quality embroidery I have ever seen. Not sure if anyone looks at the items before they are shipped. I figured this would be easy to deal with and called Zazzle. To my dismay, Zazzle has completely eliminated the ability to speak to a human being. Yes, you are NOT ABLE TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I chatted with their robot (they are never helpful) and several times asked to speak to a human. They transferred me to a "human" chat session that I waited an hour and never had anyone reply. I emailed once, it "never went through". Emailed again and finally received an email contact explaining how the company is moving to a "streamlined" customer service process and everyone loves it! I'm not sure it's "streamlined" as much as it's reducing staff and I'm not sure how they can possibly be getting good feedback. The person responding to me was able to initiate getting the hat remade but spent a lot of time explaining how a quality control check will delay delivery and that they couldn't be sure when it would be delivered. I mentioned that I had 3 more to make once I am good with the quality and asked for a discount for my trouble. They abruptly said "I have no codes to offer you".
I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this customer service overall and even more disappointed with the new model of basically "no customer service by a human". Not sure if Zazzle is headed down the right road for a good customer experience and it seems quality is also suffering.
