Nice tie, but 100% polyester, made in China and shipped from the USA. Ironic given that the tie was a 'climate crisis ' design.

Great service. Bought from the UK, came within 14 days which was really nice. Even though the dartboard works, it is not like the normal ones we are used to in the UK, it is a lot harder and made out of cork, therefore it leaves marks/holes. Also it arrived slightly damaged on one corner. I understand this is not there fault and it is something that could happen when travelling from US to UK. The damage is not that bad, just the paint under the number 15 has been rubbed off.

Absolute terrible. Placed an order as a gift, received confirmation of order. They then seem to have cancelled without notifying me. Delivery was meant to be yesterday and only just seen it had been cancelled by checking status. Shocking service. Too late now to make other arrangements. Waste of time and huge let down. I now need to find something else in 3 days.

My order was processed and dispatched rapidly, and I received regular updates as my parcel made its way to me. Excellent customer service!

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my order only to find out that it had been cancelled the day after I had put my order in! No email to explain why. My wedding is in 6 weeks so have wasted 2 weeks on waiting for this order! I will never use their services again, don't bother wasting your time.
