During spring we are at our very busiest and added to that – due to the number of people staying at home (and in their gardens!) currently – our order volumes and those of our courier are even higher than usual. Delivery was damaged
I had a problem with my
delivery not long ago and after an email to the company
I was sent a replacement .again I had problems but was then offered another duplicate or a refund. The care and attention i received was second to none first service.

Good site and delivery service but poor plant quality
I have ordered and received a Rudbeckia Goldsturm 9cm that cost £9.99 and delivered in July 2026. Ordering was easy and straightforward and the website with plenty of details.
Delivery arrived as informed and I was kept informed all along the way from order to delivery.
Once the plant was received, the packaging seemed appropriate and there was enough moisture to keep the plant alive, specially during this extreme hot month.
Although the plant delivered was wilted, with burnt leaves, too small for the price charged (a baby plant from nursery) and the quality was very poor.
I wouldn't buy again any plant that comes from an online shop, specially because I like to choose my plants at garden centres and choose the strong ones with plenty of life in them.

Arrived in perfect condition.
They arrived in perfect condition packed extremely well. I am a very happy with them. I did have to wait a week before I could plant them due to the UK heatwave. They seem to be growing well.

I have always liked buying from you…
I have always liked buying from you garden. Their plants are always fresh and well packed. I enjoyed the policy that if plants dont arrive in perfect condition they are always ready to set things straight without any hassle. The few times I had a problem with poor quality it was immediately correct as soon as customer service were informed by email with pictures of the plants. If for any reason you get the wrong item they will send the correct one and you get to keep the plant Original plant which is a bonus!
I was very happy that they solved my problem hassle free and my plant is looking lush and healthy.
I appreciate that mistake can happen but its great the friendly service with no complication that make up for the hiccups. Thank you for your great servic.

YouGarden despatched the plants quite…
YouGarden despatched the plants quite quickly but unfortunately they took 6 days to arrive so they were not in very good condition.
The plants were dried out with some stems broken.
They have been attentive since I have been in contact with them and have promised to replace or reimburse if I can’t revive the plants in 30 days (part of their guarantee).
