DEAD PLANTS
Though I understand sending plants in this hot weather is difficult and the need to keep the plants from drying out, some of the plants had been over watered and were already dead. This did not happen during transit time. Despite my best efforts I ended up with 4 dead plants!

You are a great company, but Evri sent the trees late, and they were not looked after, so now I have three dead ones. The latest came with a dead plum and all the top branches knocked off.

Order was dispatched within couple of days and despite problems with the couriers and taking an age to get them, once the plants were unpacked and watered as they had become soo dry, they look good and are now planted in pots and doing well. Placed another order, just hope Yodel don’t muck delivery up this time. Thank you, Yougarden, joined your club and take advantage of the discounts.

My bedding plants/plug plants arrived…
My bedding plants/plug plants arrived dried up and looking somewhat worse for wear. I wasn’t confident that they were going to grow when planted. I expected some dryness given the heat but these looked pretty much dead. I emailed and sent photographs and received a response a couple of days later, asking for photographs as proof. I provided these again only to be asked for the same again in the next response. I’ve planted the plants and most are already dead. Poor customer service and dried up plants- I shan’t be using this company again!

Damaged plant
This is the second time I've had a plant delivered from this site. For the second time the plant arrived looking as though it has been thrown around during transit. The plant had broken stems, detached leaves & was in a poor state of health.
This plant hasn't survived after arriving in such damaged condition.

Lovely flowers and exceptional delivery
I have got two flowers (infoor and outdoors) from YouGarden as my Treasure card rewards. Both deliveries were prompt and the plants were safe and healthy when unpacked.
I am very pleased with the whole experience and consider now to order plants from this company, moreover they offer some really special ones that I have not seen in the big garden centres.
