During spring we are at our very busiest and added to that – due to the number of people staying at home (and in their gardens!) currently – our order volumes and those of our courier are even higher than usual. Therefore, please allow 21 days for your order to arrive. If after that time you have still not received your items, please do email quoting Trust Pilot, including your order number and post code. Rest assured all items are in stock and our dedicated Nursery & Operations teams are working tirelessly to get them to customers as soon as they can.

If I could give 0 I would

If I could give 0 I would. I waited patiently for my order. First the strawberry was out of stock but I wasn’t informed that it wasn’t going to arrive. Next on the same order I have contacted yougarden about the Eton mess hanging baskets. The customer service person or AI obviously wasn’t reading my comments. After waiting ages I could have told her they weren’t going to arrive. Even so she kept saying it will be soon. Eventually she sends me an email to tell me that a completely different hanging basket was out of stock. Not sure that I will be ordering from here again.

Tomato plants…

The two tomato plants arrived well packed in their hanging baskets. They are now producing flowers and some tiny tomatoes are just coming through. I have placed them in the greenhouse and they look healthy. Thank you.

Great plants, great customer service

Their plants mostly arrive in good condition. I did query a couple of roses whose flower looked a bit poorly. Customer Services were great and explained a couple of things to do with the roses and gave me a partial refund. All other plants have been perfect.

Major issues with amending the delivery…

Major issues with amending the delivery address (you would think noticing a few seconds after the order it had the wrong address would be an easy fix) but apparently not! They cancelled the original order and took a few days to do a new one - half the plugs were dead on arrival - I’d have to seriously consider whether I order from these again tbh
