During spring we are at our very busiest and added to that – due to the number of people staying at home (and in their gardens!) currently – our order volumes and those of our courier are even higher than usual. Therefore, please allow 21 days for your order to arrive. If after that time you have still not received your items, please do email quoting Trust Pilot, including your order number and post code. Unfortunately my order for three Peruvian lilies were travelling in great heat. Therefore all three looked very sad on arrival. Although they grow well in Cornwall only one has thrown up new leaves - a big disappointment.
