During spring we are at our very busiest and added to that – due to the number of people staying at home (and in their gardens!) currently – our order volumes and those of our courier are even higher than usual. Therefore, please allow 21 days for your order to arrive. If after that time you have still not received your items, please do email quoting Trust Pilot, including your order number and post code. Lovely plants, amazing prices and delivery
The whole process was good and teh plants are all amazing - we did a huge order and so that is amazing. Especially in this heat!
May of teh plants had multiples also which is a HUGE bonus! The gardening club discounts are amazing and well worth the £10 to sign up.

Not interested when delivery didn’t arrive
Plants where fine when they arrived, but only half arrived on delivery day and courier didn’t know where the others where. Called YouGarden to ask what they can do and weren’t interested. Told me it could be up to 7 days to deliver … in a heatwave! Poor customer service.

Ordered 6 fushia plants
Ordered 6 fushia plants, received 5, 1 short. Was told the 6th would follow in next few days. A dead lavender plant arrived so dead it must have bean dead a shipping.
Still awaiting 6th plant, it's been in transit several days according to tracking, so not expecting a safe arrival.

Ordered a collection of gerberas
Ordered a collection of gerberas, beautiful plants, I planted them out in late evening due to the heat we have been getting, watered them in really well. Unfortunately two of the plants didn't survive due to the excessive weather, even though they were watered every evening. They were extremely well packed.

Sadly all the blooms on my order…
Sadly all the blooms on my order arrived bent and damaged except two! I now have three healthy plants but with no flowers. Also, the trailing geraniums were linked into each other so again I ended up with less healthy plants than advertised. I think the packaging and the delivery company used need looking at.
