Measurement service
Good experience with Wren Kitchens for our kitchen measurement visit today. Adam visited us and was professional and friendly from the moment he arrived. He was exceptionally courteous when entering our house, making sure to respect our home, offering to take his shoes off etc.
Before getting started, Adam took the time to go through exactly what he would do during the visit, which really put me at ease. What I appreciated most was how well he listened to our ideas and showed interest in our future kitchen plans.
When leaving he clearly explained the next steps and answered all of my questions regarding time scales.

Wren no improvement
After my last review (Apr 26) I was allocated a case worker, who agreed to basically replace the kitchen, all doors, side panels, everything less the cabinets themselves as the result of the doors delaminating. Well, the fitters arrived today, but they were only contracted to hang the doors, not the other jobs were key to the refit and agreed in email correspondence. You would think, that hanging replacement doors, that would include making sure they were straight / aligned and gaps adjusted etc, basically the same as the doors they were replacing. No, the fitter indicated that they were not contracted to adjust, so botch it and scarper. The original kitchen is less than 5 years old, the doors started delaminating about 2 years ago. I would advise people to avoid, until Wren take resolution of issues seriously. They are very happy to visit when it comes to selling the product but as I said in my initial review, not interested in send someone out afterwards. They need to invest in regional quality inspection teams.
