Great service
Arrived well within the time frame given, surveyor was friendly and polite. Even asked if he should take his shoes off when he entered my home.
Left him to get his measurements and he was done swiftly. All in all, great service so far!

I must say that my experience with Wren was extremely disappointing. There have been several issues, including missing items, items shown in the design images but not included in the listing, and incorrect charge.
When making such a significant purchase as a new kitchen, customers place their trust in the designer to ensure the order is accurate. Unfortunately, this process has involved multiple disappointments, and the custom service help was pointless as it was all my fault apparently for not understanding that some kitchen panel was just not included.

A complete waste of time
A complete waste of time. Had someone come to my house to do a design appointment, lasted a couple of hours.. he went away to create a design and never heard back. Contacted him and chased - nothing. Shame as we were ready to go but now looking elsewhere. Doesn’t bode well for the kitchen supply if you can’t even get past the initial stage.
Hi - you've asked me for an order number but I don't have one. As mentioned, it was a design appointment at home, I never even got close to an order after wasting hours on it.
