When I got completely stressed out over a very important replacement order for my main kitchen and utility room on top of other one million stressors, Lucy’s prompt reply and swift action to move things forward without any necessary delay once received my supporting documents means a ton to me, because time is of the essence at this stage of the whole house renovation, just simply couldn’t afford any delay physically, mentally and most importantly financially.

I had a great experience with T Moyo, the Wren Kitchens measurement surveyor. He was very helpful, professional and thorough throughout the measurement process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all the measurements were accurate. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend him.

Mr M McCarthy who measured up my kitchen today was fantastic. He was unaware of the requirement to measure the flooring which will be going through from the kitchen to the dining/lounge area but made time to do this. Really lovely guy and I can’t wait to have my new kitchen.

Quick appointment offered for surveyor to attend after booking a planning appointment for following day. Received confirmation and reminder of appointment. Received a call from the surveyor to say was running ahead of schedule and would we be happy for him to attend earlier. This absolutely suited us so were grateful to have the option of earlier. On arrival M Willmott was very friendly and professional. Asked if we minded him taking pictures at the end of the measure. Happy to agree. Discussed access and storage of units pending fitting. Advised him our appointment was for following morning and said he would send the information across in time. Cannot fault the service to date.

D Atkinson was really informative and helpful. Gave me a message with time he would be arriving and was on time. Put my mind at rest with what he was going to be doing to measure and photograph the roons that are going to be the new kitchen area. Can’t wait to get designing now :)

Daniel Halton came to measure our kitchen as we need to redo it after a total disaster with Wickes, who left us with a bad installation nightmare. We have we have asked Wren to step in and quote for a price to redo. Daniel was punctual, polite and answered our questions. Thank you.
