Wren kitchen measurement
Received a text before indicating when the appointment was scheduled and an approximate time slot. The day of the appointment received another text indicating when he was expected to arrive. The planner L Barrington then phoned 10 minutes before he arrived to confirm when he would arrive and phoned 10 minutes before he arrived So everything well planned and run to time asked relevant questions regarding location of meters, and where the water cut off and meter are located and drainage. Measurements down with minimal disturbance can't fault the service

No aftercare service
Sales and product is good, but god forbid you use their own kitchen fitting service. And issues afterwards, Wren will deny any responsibility. Their "Wren resolution team" is not interested in even trying to find a solution. Especially the young girl attempting to handle our complaint (not allowed to publish her name) is absolutely incompetent and useless.
Wren was more interested in getting her name removed, than offering a solution to the kitchen issue. What a joke of a company.
As expected: a nonsense answer. Wren contractor supplied and installed the floor. Besides you don't even know what the issues are.
Wren is assuming the problems as they refuse to conduct a site visit. You have no interest in finding a solution.
The situation remains unchanged: useless and incompetent customer service.

We are currently liaising with the Furniture and Home Improvements Ombudsman following your claim. We have explained that the issue raised relates to flooring which was neither supplied by Wren nor fitted as part of the Wren installation contract.
Any concerns regarding the fitting of flooring, along with associated supplementary works, fall outside the scope of our installation contract. While we are sorry that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, the matter raised does not relate to products supplied by Wren or installation works undertaken under our contract.
Wren remains happy to assist with any installation concerns relating to products supplied and fitted by us, but in this instance, the issue raised falls outside of that scope.
