L Albrow showed professional service, he was polite and communicated well.
Really helpful and efficient service from Tim!
A Moss was excellent, very polite and efficient.
The surveyor who came to measure my kitchen, Tom Wells, arrived for the appointment on time. He was polite and professional at all times and was able to answer any questions that I had.
Great team, with wonderful help from the team leader, and plenty of useful advice on aftercare.
Extremely disappointing experience with Wren Kitchens.
A part for the cornice at the TOP of my kitchen units was missing from the original delivery. I called Wren and clearly explained exactly which part was missing and where it was meant to go.
I then waited around two weeks for the replacement, only for Wren to deliver the wrong part — a piece for the BOTTOM of the units instead.
So after an initial missing item, I had to chase Wren, wait two weeks, receive the wrong replacement, and then spend more time going back and forth trying to get an issue caused entirely by Wren corrected.
What made the experience worse was the complete lack of accountability afterwards. Despite the repeated errors, delay and inconvenience, Wren refused to offer any compensation or even a goodwill gesture.
Mistakes happen, but sending the wrong replacement after the customer has specifically explained what is required, making them wait two weeks for it, and then offering nothing for the inconvenience is very poor customer service.
Based on my experience, the after-sales service has been extremely frustrating and well below what I expected from a company of this size.
We had an issue with the wrong appliance being delivered, but thankfully the customer service was excellent. I spoke with Jordan D, who was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to get everything sorted for us.
He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and we really appreciated his effort and professionalism.
Thank you, Jordan! Excellent customer service!
L.Albrow attended to measure our kitchen. He was very professional and thorough throughout the process and talked me through everything. Very happy with the service
The delivery drivers were on time and were so helpful I. Putting all the pieces of the kitchen where I wanted them for storage until the fitter comes
I cannot fault wren from customer service to delivery they have all been fantastic
Had an issue where the cabinets delivered were not as intended due to last minute changes. While there was a long wait time on the call, Liam was very helpful to resolve my issue with delivery expected next week. Big thank you.
We trusted WREN.
I really wish we hadn’t.
The kitchen designer did a wonderful job, catering for specific needs and we believed WREN had a good reputation.
They said for a seamless experience we could have it installed by one of their TRUSTED installers.
We specifically asked if this trusted installer was qualified and able to do other kitchen bits (floor, painting, electrics etc). Absolutely, was the reply. We vet them and you should have complete faith in them as a result.
What was way WAY worse was the how WREN treated us. They were happy to take our money, what they were not willing to do however, was to come down and see for themselves, the bad job their ‘trusted’ installer had done.
They even dared suggest the worktop damage were from ‘scratches’ made POST installation which was absolutely untrue.
I would like to post pics here so you could see for yourself, but can’t work out how.
Bottom line, worktops that are not sealed. Cabinets that are not straight. Floor tiles not set even. Wonky sockets.
Oh the list is not even finished here …
In short, do I recommend WREN?
would I suggest you trust them and believe them when they talk finely about TRUSTED installers?
What do you think?
Ps regardless of any trite response from WREN, my suggestion is, get your own installer..and don’t think Wren will look to even sorting out problems with the Wren contracted work. They NEVER did sort out ours. Just pretended we must have caused it!!!
Shame on them.
A hadnum come pit and done a great service
Richard was really helpful. He helped solved my enquiry quickly.
I had to get a couple of additional pieces, due to damage and a change in door size, due to change in layout. I was told i could do in app, but thought better to discuss in person.
There was a long wait due to how busy Wren were, but the system called me back. It was well with the wait though, discussing the parts with Richard, dimensions and sharing a video of the kitchen my builder sent meant, he know exactly what was needed.
Richard was excellent to deal with, knew exactly my layout and the bits that needed ordering and made it a very simple and stress free process. Even with the wait, I'd highly recommend phoning and speaking in person to an assistant.
M Rawlison came to measure up our kitchen today. He was very knowledgeable and had good recommendations that we hadn’t thought about.
He was on time, polite and friendly.

Zaid was very personable. He efficiently measured up three rooms made us feel comfortable by explaining the process. We would recommend him. A credit to the company.

Crystal was polite and made ordering the missing parts so easy. I was kept up to date with the ordering and delivery prosses all the way from ordering to delivery.
This is not the first time that I have been in touch with the customer service and each time they were easy to talk to, no fuss and I would recommend them to anyone at anytime.
