Wren didn’t send all items needed for our renovation but when I called them, a customer service advisor called Laura handled everything so swiftly and efficiently and sorted out all issues easily. It’s always well received when you speak to people who are problem solvers and deal with you in a positive manner where they genuinely want to help you. Thank you to Laura and also to Firage (?) who had helped me previously.

Bilal had all my queries resolved and all items ordered and gave me a delivery date before I even finished my sentence! Very prompt and efficient. Very pleased and satisfied with the service provided.

The customer care assistant Natasha was very efficient and stayed with us calling us back till the problem was sorted out.
We could have done a with a lot less emails
but ll the staff we're all friendly and efficient.

Richard was extremly helpful and dealt with my issue very efficiently

Bedroom furniture delivered today, two amazing guys. Very courteous, respectful of property, telephoned ahead and arrived on time.Definately an asset to your company.

The wardrobes are well made however they all come in flat pack i was told all ready built noway they are just flat pack the designer adds many things to the order to bulk it up not very good i have 7 boxes of everything from endpanels to filler panels to shelve packs they con you to get there comission up im really annoyed at this try and get something exchaged you have to lie and beg this is not a proffessional organisation designers need to be retrained and help customers not there self ive been fitting furniture made to measure all my life my daugter wanted these wardrobes so i agreed to fit them i cant believe how much extra i got a big con because i had to pay for them

Jon Griffiths came to measure our kitchen. He arrived at arranged time and was friendly, polite and efficient.

D Atkinson was polite, efficient and respectful. He measured my room in a short space of time and was unintrusive.

I visited several kitchen providers before choosing Wren, I went with them initially because of the price and the quality of the products. My partner used to look after any renovations but sadly he is no longer with us so this was all new to me & very overwhelming for me. The team in the Coventry showroom are amazingly relaxed, informative and really helpful- they made the process much easier than I thought it would be - I highly recommend Del Shoker. The kitchen itself now it’s been fitted looks great, even better than the designs I was provided with. There were a couple of issues with items delivered however Chelsea in customer service has sorted them out for me already! I feel like both of these team members went above and beyond - a real asset to Wren.

Delivery team were courteous and patient delivering 4 orders to the precise room locations. This was towards the end of an extremely busy day for them so it was particularly impressive in terms of customer care. Great job

This is a review for a bedroom installation .
Whole process was easy and very seamless from design to delivery to installation and pick up of the rubbish.
Andy worked tirelessly to install a wardrobe set we are really pleased with - colour and design.
Sasha in the office tried to get our install as quick as poss even though we were moving house and held up the process.
Good work all round.

Following my telephone call today with Muhammad who provided me with excellent service and went over and above to help me resolve my issues it certainly left an imprint as did David and Harrison on recent communication

Lovely man that came to measure up ,very polite and friendly ,only took him 20 minutes .

Working with Cristian Carcalea made the whole kitchen design experience very easy and we now have a lovely new kitchen. Cristian made lots of very useful recommendations and I would hight recommend him as a kitchen designer. Excellent communications throughout. In addition when we received a damaged work top, Wren supplied a replacement immediately.
