Overall great experience. Initial showroom appointment was dragged out too long by a friendly but way too chatty sales person, who preferred talking over listening. This person has since left the comp... See more

Excellent delivery.
I can’t fault the quartz installation process. The installers were polite, professional and efficient, and took great care throughout the work. Everything was completed to a very high standard, and the finished result looks fantastic. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the installation and would happily recommend the team (A Johnson).
Joseph was very helpful and sorted out both my queries today.
Mr Atkinson was punctual, polite and very professional.

T Moyo was great. He arrived promptly and just got on with the measuring. Lovely smiley and polite.
Had to contact customer service twice regarding my order and both times minor issues were dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction.
I ordered and designed my kitchen which I loved and the Fionn was lovely. However when it went to post sale it was a disaster onwards. I waited 3 months for my kitchen to arrive with 3 smashed units, then because I live in Northern Ireland I was told I’ve to wait 2 weeks for delivery, managed to get 1 unit delivered to be told that they can’t find the rest of the items on the lorry, then the rest of the items were to be delivered today to received text messages on deliever times to the time passing and I rang customer service to get got that the address failed…. How the HELL can an address failed after the lorry being here numerous times before… I am now 2 weeks past my install date and I still don’t have my units. absolute joke of a company and I’d never go anywhere near them again and I’ll be telling everyone to stay WELL away from this shambles of a company…
the lads where professional and worked quick they kept the mess down tied up explained about the quartz top 2 great working lads deserve a raise
Had a call back instead of waiting on hold. Bethanie talked me through how to use the video call so could show her the damaged door and she arranged a new door for me. Bethanie was friendly and very helpful
A door replaced under warranty has been produced to wrong dimensions. Samual was very helpful understanding the issue and hopefully resolved promptly.
I think the kitchen itself is of a decent quality, and up until this point my experience with Wren had been positive. However, the issue I have encountered with one of the base units has been particularly disappointing and, in my view, highlights a significant flaw in the design and measurement process.
During the design and measurement process (measurements which were carried out by Wren’s own team) I was advised by the designer that my existing 600mm base unit would be too large for the available space. I was therefore advised to change this to a 500mm base unit, with end panels/fillers being used to make up the remaining space.
I was subsequently asked to sign an agreement confirming that the measurements were correct. I was happy to confirm that the measurements provided for the kitchen were accurate, but I do not believe it is reasonable for me to accept responsibility for whether the units specified by Wren’s designer would actually fit the space correctly and I made that point in writing. The design and specification of the units were based on professional advice provided by Wren, and I relied on that advice when placing my order.
When the kitchen was eventually fitted, my installer immediately identified an issue with the 500mm unit. He advised that it would leave an excessive amount of space more than 10cm of fillers and that a 600mm base unit would in fact fit the space perfectly. In other words, the original 600mm unit I had was actually the correct size and was only changed as a result of the recommendation made by the designer.
I subsequently contacted Wren to explain the situation and asked whether the unit could be changed, particularly given that the original specification had been altered on Wren’s recommendation. I was told that I would have to discard the existing unit and pay for a completely new one.
I find this extremely disappointing. This was not a mistake on my part; I followed the advice provided by Wren’s and relied on measurements and recommendations made by Wren throughout the process. Nevertheless, I was left with no practical alternative but to purchase another unit at my own expense, as I needed to keep the kitchen installation on schedule.
I will be taking this matter up more formally, as I do not believe it is reasonable for the entire responsibility to be transferred to the customer in circumstances such as these. What I found particularly frustrating was the repeated reference from the member of the head-office team I spoke to that I had “signed the charter” and was therefore liable. While I understand that contractual terms exist for a reason, I find it unfair to use this as the sole basis for refusing to take responsibility when the issue arose directly from advice provided by Wren’s own design team.
It leaves the impression that customers are effectively required to accept terms transferring liability to them, even where they have relied on professional advice from Wren during the design process. I find that approach particularly disappointing.
Unfortunately, what had otherwise been a positive experience has now left a very bitter taste. On this basis, I would not recommend Wren, and I would strongly advise anyone considering using them to be extremely careful throughout the design and measurement process and to ensure they fully understand where responsibility lies if the specification provided by Wren proves to be incorrect.
Excellent job, well done. Looks great and quick too! not that i minded. Can’t help admiring it. Well done Nathan & your mate too.
