Very helpful and they listen. I have medical conditions and they were so nice and patient. I came back to them after booking travel insurance in February with them. Using them again for a trip in April and then will use them again in the summer. Thank you.

Good quote based on detailed information
It was straightforward to apply for a quote. I have a medical condition, and the questions asked were relevant and detailed, so a reasonable quote could be given. Most insurers ask a limited set of generic questions on a medical condition and either won't insure based on this insufficient knowledge, or charge ridiculously high premiums.

Every time I ring to arrange travel insurance the agent is always polite and explains everything to me, including any questions I have. As someone with complex health conditions it is extremely reassuring to know I am fully covered before I leave the UK. I used to purchase cover on trip to trip basis but now opt for annual cover as I feel confident every angle has been covered. I reccomend you to anyone I know is seeking medical cover. Thank you

I like this travel insurance company as I have used them before. I wasn't happy though when they added an extra premium on my world wide travel insurance because I intend to travel to India, because it was "world wide" travel insurance I wasn'taskedwhatcountriesI intended to visit.

Looking at your policy notes :I can see that you contacted us in regards to your medical screening as there was something that you needed to change in regards to your plan to now travel to India. It was this that increased the premium unfortunately and not the destination itself. We appreciate this may have been frustrating or disappointing but, upon purchasing the policy if this question was answered to include this, the initial premium would have been quoted including this additional premium.
Hopefully the peace of mind that you are fully covered for your pre existing medical condition is worth the extra cost.

After ringing many travel insurances that cover pre existing medical conditions this was the best one by a mile. Very reasonable price, have already recommend this company.

Easy process…
Medical condition questions don’t ask when condition/treatment occurred just was it over so many months ago…don’t understand the logic to this….anyway relatively easy process. One development would be to save customer details helping to make future quotes to be made significantly quicker.
