Order received was damaged in transit. Workout For Less responded to my email regarding this promptly and efficiently. I was pleased with the communication and outcome of the issue I encountered. The weights tripod I ordered is exactly as described, a great purchase.

What a fantastic company to deal with- fast efficient service! I thought part of my order was missing but within minutes my email was responded too and it was my error as they’d saved on packaging and put equipment in with other boxes. Excellent service again!

I ordered the wrong set of dumbbells. When I realised, I contacted work out for less customer service and they cancelled my order and gave me a link to the set I should have ordered. I promptly ordered the 24kg set and received them promptly.
I am very pleased with the set of dumbbells. They allow me to exercise at home and are very comfortable to use. The storage tree is robust and holds them safely.

Ordered Sunday, processed Monday, shipped Tuesday, delivered 8.30am Wednesday. OUTSTANDING service. Product delivered in perfect condition. BEST price on the internet. What more can you ask for!? We should be using smaller companies like this, rather than always relying on Amazon. Keep it up guys, you're doing a great job!

I copped a pair of dumbbells. Right off the bat, they looked used, but I wasn't sure. After a closer look and seeing my hands were black as night from all the dirt, I knew I'd been ripped off. I've never been so screwed over in my life.

I bought a set of York Dumbbells from Workout For Less. The online experience was great - very smooth and easy to find what I was looking for. They communicated clearly about my order and I received the weights in very quick time. I will use again.

Awful company to deal with had gym gloves fell apart refused to help me as it was past 30 days yet adidas state 2 years under workmanship they choose to ignore 30 days is for returns please read other reviews shows many customers having the same issues yet there not willing to help and blame the customer

Bought 7.5kg dumbbells. Arrived securely packaged and in mint condition. Had chosen express 1 day delivery, but due to a delay at Parcelforce's distribution hub arrived a day late. Workout For Less immediately refunded the 1 day shipping costs. Thanks.

Ordered an Adidas Pro Weight Bench (it was the cheapest on the net)
Monday (2000hrs) - placed order - email, order received.
Tuesday - order confirmed and despatched
Tuesday - Courier confirms receipt.
Wednesday (1100hrs) - order delivered.
Now that's service... cheers guys.

I don’t understand the negative reviews!! I ordered a set of weight plates , they cost slightly less than the manufacturers price ( I don’t know how they manage that) ! Workout for less kept me fully informed by email and the weights arrived three days later free of any postal charge. This is my first order from them and it will be my ‘go to’ site for future equipment….brilliant
P.s I found the same weights on eBay , second hand that were asking for a higher price 😂

Refused delivery within the UK. No prior notice. Just a refund without contacting first to even explain their decision.
