Very good site for sports kit. They processed a refund for me for a pull up bar that didn’t fit my door frames. Their agent Ger was very helpful :)

Writing this in the hope of finally getting the attention of someone from customer services. My order was delivered to an address that was not mine by Royal mail on 09.10.25. Since then I have sent two emails to the support email address and heard nothing back, no acknowledgment, not even an automated “we’ll get back to you soon.” I am just grateful that it was a low value order, and I am down £15 and not more. Never, ever shop here, they are scammers and if Royal mail mess up delivery you will never hear back from them. By the way, I did contact Royal Mail, and they told me to contact the sender.

I purchased the York Fitness Mat on standard delivery. After 8 days with no delivery updates I checked the status and Evri had disposed due to damage. After bringing this to the attention of Workout For Less, they acted immediately raising a new order and sending by next day delivery. Excellent response for resolve.

We ordered the Adidas Performance Utility Weight Bench from Workout For Less. The website was really helpful and useful. The Customer Service Manager (Ger) was very helpful throughout.
Having looked at this product elsewhere, we bought it from Workout For Less at around £50 cheaper than anywhere else online. Next business day postage / delivery charges were minimal given the size of the package. And its weight. The box and contents arrived in good condition.

Superb service!

I ordered a Reebok Deck from Workout for Less, at a very good price. Due to a carrier issue outside of their control there was a delay as the parcel was lost. The courier were not helpful, but as soon as I reported it to Workout for Less, Ger arranged an immediate re-shipment via a different carrier and kept me updated with communications throughout. These things happen, but not every company will bend over backwards to rectify the problem. I could not speak highly enough and will definitely use again for any future fitness purchases. I have received the Deck today and I'm super happy with it.

I purchased a weight bench from this company and it's clearly a defective product. All of the bolts are far too long and don't screw properly so it's clearly dangerous to use. I've tried contacting for a refund and got some initial responses, but now it's gone completely

Ordered a set of dumbells in October for my Sons Christmas present. They were not opened until Christmas Day and we noticed one of the dumbbell's to have some damage on it. No evidence of damage on the box. I contacted the company after Christmas with e photo and explanation. They sent out a replacement weight straight away. Very impressed with customer service and would definitely recommend. Thank you Ger!

Ordered weights late December. Unfortunately, despite immediate shipping, Parcel Force issues delayed delivery by a number of days. Contacted Workout for Less to enquire and received a prompt reply stating that they had contacted Parcel Force on my behalf. Weights delivered next morning.
