When I initially bought my items online I noticed I had made a few errors in my order. Ger from Workout For Less was extremely helpful and sorted the issues very fast.
The 1st carrier service Evri mucked up the delivery(typical Evri) and sent it back to Workout For Less. Ger was on the case straight away and got it sent via Another carrier service.
Both items turned up and are working as expected.

This was the first time I have dealt with the company and the customer service from Ger was first class! My parents ordered the wrong item as a birthday present for me, and Ger quickly rectified the issue. I returned the incorrect item and the correct ones were quickly despatch and the difference in cost refunded. First class service and highly recommend

Looking around for Yoga socks for men. Difficult to find them with mens sizes. Checked the website and reviews and previous buyer had bought the same ones L/XL saying "My feet are size 45, and size L/XL fits perfectly". Based on this I ordered black Adidas studio socks L/XL. Upon receipt of these socks its clear these socks are a ladies size 5 and not 42-45 as stated. Called and was told these are correct and fit 42-45. Question now how true was the review on the website for the same pair i ordered as clearly they are not L/XL socks.

Made an order and part of my address was missing also accidentally ordered ankle weights instead of wrist weights informed Ger my email late in the evening and he responded immediately received my order no problem great service

I ordered dumbbells in the evening, and the next morning I was offered some for free by a family member… as a training teacher, saving money wherever possible is an absolute must! I replied to the email which confirmed my order and asked for them to cancel it… despite it being a Sunday, in less than 3 hours my order had been cancelled! Great customer service from Ger! If in the future I do want to order any exercise equipment, they will be the first place I look! Thank you for such great service, would recommend anyone :)

I ordered some weights from here a few days ago, mainly because they were comfortably cheaper than anywhere else. Despite choosing the free delivery, they still turned up, as described, within 48hrs. Pretty much impossible to fault.

Ordered Reebok step on Monday 20th Jan with next day delivery. Later that day message from Evri stated they had my parcel. Tuesday Evri stated, without explanation, that my delivery date has been changed. Wednesday evening Evri eventually delivered a soaking wet, disintegrating box with a large hole in it. Fortunately no apparent damage to the step. Contacted Workout For Less and Ger responded very quickly to my message and dealt with the problem. Workout For Less have been very professional. Cannot say the same for Evri.

Ordered yesterday the 22nd December and delivered today, the 23rd December.

This was my second time using Workout for Less and once again the service was outstanding. I ordered a bench on Thursday morning and it was delivered on Friday. I had some difficulty assembling the bench so sent them an email and within a couple of hours Tara had provided clear directions that solved my issue. Cant fault this company at all. Professional and competitive

Don’t buy from these, the currier they used to deliver items left in a complete open space. Company was quick to send me pictures of items but since I’ve never recieved them hasn’t bothered responding to multiple messages. Work out for less have zero customer service don’t fall victim

Ordered a Reebok step from Workout For Less & the whole process was straightforward, easy & clear. Alas, the Evri delivery was a problem & they broke a part. Despite this not being the fault of Workout For Less, their Customer Service team owned the issue, responded promptly & resolved it by sending a replacement part, which arrived within 48 hours. Excellent customer service & I would definitely buy again from Workout For Less.

Have placed three orders with Workout For Less now, each one has compared favourably with the competition on price and customer service has been first class. Will be my 'go to' for future needs

Stumbled upon Workout for less via Microsoft price comparison widget and I wasn't disappointed. Ger the customer service manager was so kind and helpful. Pricewise they are very reasonable. For instance weighted vest is priced at half the price as Very. I will always recommend and will certainly buy from them in the future.

Stumbled across them when looking for some more weight plates. Decent prices (actually quite good, and discounted). Arrived quickly and well packaged.
The next day I had a friendly chat with the team because my order was split for ease of delivery. They kindly offered a voucher (just because they’re lovely) and I grabbed another order. Very quick replies. These people have customer service nailed. Definitely be back when I need extras.

Very good site for sports kit. They processed a refund for me for a pull up bar that didn’t fit my door frames. Their agent Ger was very helpful :)

Writing this in the hope of finally getting the attention of someone from customer services. My order was delivered to an address that was not mine by Royal mail on 09.10.25. Since then I have sent two emails to the support email address and heard nothing back, no acknowledgment, not even an automated “we’ll get back to you soon.” I am just grateful that it was a low value order, and I am down £15 and not more. Never, ever shop here, they are scammers and if Royal mail mess up delivery you will never hear back from them. By the way, I did contact Royal Mail, and they told me to contact the sender.

Yet again not disappointed with this company, great choice of products, extremely helpful, excellent communication and yes they do beat prices if less expensive (well they did for me) elsewhere, also delivered within the allotted time given.
