The swimsuit has a stain and the QR code for the return does not work because the packing skip was printed poorly. Contacted customer service immediately. Received a response that the message was passed on to a "specialist" and am waiting to hear back. Planned to wear the swimsuit yesterday to a 4th of July pool party.

Poor returns process
Great selection of independent brands and easy ordering process but the returns process is poor. There is no option to generate a QR code to print at the post office or parcelshop, you have to print yourself. When I queried this with Wolf and Badger I was advised to try to use someone else’s printer or print in the library. This doesn’t match the higher price and quality of the items they sell and is very inconvenient when most other brands have an option to print returns labels at the post office.

They were very easy to order with. The delivery service was good. The quality of the earrings was medium. One latched just how it was supposed to. the other was a tiny bit croocked so it is very difficult to latch.
