Great service

Great service, easy to order and delivered on time. Product I purchased was rear shocks, time will tell how long the last but I am very happy with Winparts.

Apologies for the extreme delays. I took a look at your order and saw that you received the part on the 20th. That is indeed way later than we had planned, for this we are very sorry. It appears this order was shipped by truck instead of plane, therefore it took way longer.

We aim to ship your next orders by plane again, but due to some technical difficulties, we weren't able to do that this time.

The whole process was great

The whole process was great. I just now dont like what I bought. I thought I was buying a firmer liner but the one I ordered is really flimsy and I just wont use it. Nothing to do with WinParts though.

There is huge stock of quality parts, very big choice.
Only one advise to the team who's packed the parcel, pack it more strongly, or choose different delivery companies.
Because all parcels I am ordered has been bend or broken.
