Bike purchase
Vert fast delivery but some mismatches between pictures in the website, and the description. Lack of a phone number to get support is a big handicap. Sent an E-mail on Wednesday and two days after got no answer.

Le comunico que hemos tratado de contactar con usted en repetidas ocasiones durante el día sin éxito para aclarar el malentendido.
Tomamos en cuenta su sugerencia de una línea de teléfono directa, que no existe por el momento, pero le comento también que disponemos de contacto directo por chat y también el servicio de devolución de llamadas a su petición.
En este caso, las diferencias entre la descripción de la bicicleta con la bicicleta de la imagen, son pequeñas diferencias estéticas. En la misma descripción de nuestras bicicletas se indica que esto puede ocurrir me temo.
En cuanto al correo electrónico que menciona, hace relación a una pieza que faltaba en su pedido, y le pedimos tiempo para comprobar la situación. En el transcurso de ese tiempo, usted mismo nos comunica que la pieza estaba en la misma caja, en diferente apartado. Nos alegra que al final la pieza haya aparecido.
Very good, one of the best sports shops
I like a lot Wiggle. It has tons of items and you can find whatever you need. Prices are very competitive and deliveries are fast. It has one of the best user experiences. The opinions from the people are very, very valuable. It informs very well about stocks and things like that. I see very valuable that it sponsors a woman pro cycling team.
If I have to say something to improve I would say that the returns should be free for the customer. At least for Spain I had to pay for returning an item because the size did not fit. In some other shops it works like that.
