Generic and scam
Thank you for your response, but this is exactly the problem. I’m still receiving generic copy-and-paste replies instead of anyone actually resolving my case.
As of 20 July, I still have not received my refund, despite my return being delivered to your warehouse on 4 July. That is over two weeks that you have been holding both my returned items and my money.
Throughout this process I have been ignored, forced to repeatedly chase your customer service, and have received no meaningful updates, no timeframe, and no explanation as to why my refund has still not been processed. There has been absolutely no genuine attempt to resolve this issue.
I have now been left with no choice but to escalate the matter through my bank because your customer service has completely failed to deal with what should have been a straightforward refund.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend White Fox Boutique to anyone. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It genuinely feels as though customers are deliberately met with delays, generic responses and silence instead of having their issues resolved.
To anyone considering ordering from White Fox Boutique: avoid this company. If something goes wrong, don’t expect timely communication or for their published refund timeframes to be honoured.

I keep receiving marketing emails but…
I keep receiving marketing emails but not a response to my email. You guys should prioritise customers and giving them their credit notes back asap rather than boosting your sales to more customers that you cannot fulfill their returns when you have other customers already waiting… I’ve purchased for my holiday and then can’t even get a refund when the outfit isn’t suitable, then end up with nothing to wear for their holiday because you guys aren’t on top of giving your customers their credit notes back, so great, my money has gone to waste. I’d heard bad things about the company all over tik tok and thought it was exaggerated, turns out it really isn’t.

A Company That Truly Cares
I had an issue with my order because I received the wrong items, but the customer service was absolutely outstanding.
The team was incredibly kind, understanding, and very responsive. They replied to every email quickly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They made everything so easy and accomodating.
A special thank you to Poppy for her excellent support and professionalism. She was friendly, helpful, and made sure my issue was resolved as quickly as possible.
