Broken Watch
I have no problem with the speed and efficiency of your delivery process-this is the second watch I have bought from you and in both cases the delivery was faultless.
My problem is that the second watch(IWC Big Pilots) doesn’t work….It has stopped and no amount of tender care will make it work. Why did I not return it,you ask? Because, I return it to you, you send it away to be repaired, the repairer repairs it then sends it back to you and then you return it to me. You much hassle…..So, I am going straight to the source-I am taking the watch to the IWC Boutique in Bond Street on Tuesday so they can fix it. At what cost I have no idea but at least I will have the reassurance that the repair will be done properly. Do you wish to contribute..??

Watch not as described.
I purchased an Omega from Watchfinder which was described as being in "As New Condition" but shortly after purchase the watch developed a fault which meant it had to be sent back to Omega under warranty. Omega identified defects with the watch which were not identified by Watchfinder at the time of sale and as such the watch should NOT have been sold as being in As New Condition. I am currently in talks with Watchfinder to resolve matters and this review will be updated pending agreement.
